Hi coach , I did this workout Yesterday morning and since then I walk up and down stairs etc with difficulty and It's nearly Impossible for me to crouch ,it aches a lot. I thought maybe we need to do some stretch after this workout or maybe it's because It's been 3 weeks since I worked out , what do you think ?
