10 Minute No-Bake Rafaello Cake Recipe. No gelatin, no eggs! 

This is the best Raffaello cake recipe I've ever tried. The cake turns out to be airy and delicate. You can use both cow's milk and coconut milk to make it. This recipe is without baking, without eggs and without gelatin.It will be easy enough for you to cook it. You won't need any special culinary skills. Your guests will be delighted!

Sugar 120g
Vanilla sugar 15g
Corn starch 60g
Coconut or cow's milk 750 ml
White chocolate 60 g
Coconut shavings 75g + 25g for sprinkling
Roasted almonds 100g
Coconut or cream wafers 300g
Room temperature butter 230g
