I’d like to learn more about iron shirt qigong and the animal moves one. I want for all my exercise to be qigong plus walking. I looked online to see if I can tone up my body and build strength with qigong and found an article that recommended those for strength. If you would do more about building strength with qigong in place of other strength or resistance methods like weights or Calesthenics I would be very appreciative. I find that I don’t really like how these exercises make me feel. They make me feel sore and stiff and stagnant and moody and irritable and sometimes I get hurt and my joints feel like they are being strained too much where as qigong makes me feel the opposite. I feel like blood flow is going everywhere and energy and my mood lifts. So I want to feel like that all the time.

I discovered this video on RU-vid. Your instructions are so clear, I had no problem following along even though I've never attempted Qi Gong or anything similar to it. I was impressed enough with how I felt during/after this routine that I signed up for the 2-week classes. Thank you! 💜
