Yes❤.You are my first and favourite qi gong teacher...My body and a state of my spine drastically improved....and my mind stretched a lot. It's just my procrastination, fear and anxiety that make the practice a bit hard for me to do regularly....but still i keep going even if It's just as little as 2 minutes in the evening on worse days. This is great lee, I felt heat reesch my stomach, lower spine and neck. Three areas I suffer stiffness, tightening and pain. Mainly due to stress and parkinsons. I've been in hospital for a while and my body is really tight now home. Is there anything you can suggest for mind blockages related to Location related traumas? Thank you
Tnx Master Lee its very comprehensive. I started to practice basic taiji when I was 50 yo. Back then, when I was in my teen age I practiced both BuTong style kungfu and ShaoLin style kungfu intensively until in my college years. This year 2024 I started to practice both JiGong 4 times a week and Taiji 2 times a week. Now I am 70 yo. Keep up the spirit! 👌💪🫰❣️👍😄
I did these exercises along with the video and my muscles before were feeling extremely tight, especially in my upper back and shoulders. I know not if its just placebo effect making me want to think im much more relaxed, or if this actually worked, but only time will tell. I think it did work however, as I tried normal stretching earlier in the day and it didnt work as well as this. Very interesting, and ill definitely try other Qi Gong techniques and see if those work as well as this seemed to. Thanks for the informative content.
Thanks, Lee, for the important reminder. When I was still actively practising kung fu, I used to do my joint exercises according to Professor Norbekov every morning as a routine and before every training session, and my joints were as supple as a tiger. It's time to start again and of course to detoxify the body to give it the best possible support. Love, Markus
