Nate, I was struggling with exercises cause I really couldn't find a workout I liked to keep at everyday, (what I actually needed was a sport). So when I somehow stumbled on your video's of boxing I tried it and loved it. I now look forward to my boxing workout sessions and can't hardly wait for you to say the phrase "Lets get to work" in your video's because now I love the sport boxing and following along in your video's. Yeah I just found out the same thing, workouts are fun and all but sometimes just as I start I’m just like “uhh I don’t even feel like doing this rn” but when I switched to boxing I was pumped, I’ll definitely be doing fighting based workout a lot frequently from now on

Fuck haven’t workout in a minute. Sweating bricks, legs and back burning, and heart pumping... this is a keeper for reg workout sessions (especially since I’m chicken to go to the gym nowadays) you the best nate!!

@@shalissathegamer1213 honestly ...I don't a have a diet , besides quitting sugar (sodas) , flour, and reducing oily and fatty foods...about the routine I've been doing the Nate's shadow boxing HIIT routines for the past month and a half (a bit more now) I do them 3 days in row, and rest one day, and I star all over...I don't do anything else but the shadow boxing routines and they really have helped me ...and still going strong!! Try them out! I do the 20 or 30 minutes routines, look for those they also fun!

I loved the video man and liked it (thumbs up), and I was wondering if you could give me your opinion on my technique, dubbed the 'Ascot Sequence', a specific 2 blow combo. I humbly prefer slight impact shadowboxing on a hard area, to trigger "wolff's law" as much as possible. What is your honest opinion about the "AS", if you would be kind enough to accept this invitation?
