I'm doing your workouts two times a week for about a month and two weeks now, and I've just finished this one and I've noticed how much better I've got. Thank you for your work, I really appreciate it 🥰 ❤️
You a bad man having us do another round after half burpees 🤣. I liked the switch between focusing on technique to HIIt rounds making a hybrid workout. Great way to end my workout week after hitting the heavy bag my other days. Thanks again Coach Bower 🥊🏅👊 Also for those who have ads like me I do squats and or free style during ads to keep my heart rate up.
@@NateBowerfitness It really is! I have a serious spinal condition and have spent all year strengthening it. The fact that I can get through these quite comfortably makes my day. I love your workouts, thanks again and have a good weekend ✌
glove been doing your 30 minute hitt heavybag workout for a while now and the straps on my heavybag ripped. Decided to try this shadowbox workout thinking it was going to be a pice if cake. Let me tell you im sweating in places I've never sweat before 🤣 drenched!! Great stuff man.
Oh my! That was great. I will have to redo tomorrow- I could not keep up with you today. Really trying to get my feet moving faster. Getting too many flicks on the head. Not slipping or rolling fast enough. My right hand is sore. Pad work with trainer yesterday- he said it was my best so far. So I have ordered straps for my next trainer session on Monday.
This was a very fun workout. I started having some pretty serious knee problems this year and so I shifted to your boxing workouts more frequently throughout each week. Feeling and looking strong. Thank you for the content.
I have a nerve damaged leg but box with a trainer and also do weight training with a trainer. The hardest thing for me is to box "rapid fire"! I'm a 74 year old woman who used to run long distances (easy for me) but my leg put an end to that. Any suggestions on keeping balanced and keeping up with "rapid fire" boxing work outs? I weigh 85 lbs and am only 5'1".
@@pamotlowski1924 it was hard for me, but I had to drop all lower body strength training from my routine (I am only 38 :( However, since I did that my knee has felt much better and I am able to do high intensity boxing workouts pretty much pain free including slipping, ducking, and rolling. I still do push-ups, pull-ups and core work, but no squats, lunges, etc.
Thanks Coach Nate. 369 calories burnt !! Thanks to You and your on line workouts I have joined real boxing club in Eton, Windsor UK. Your passion and motivation worked wonders. I am now training 2-3 times a week 1hr 30 with the guys at the boxing gym. It's hard, and hard work but I love it !
At first I was skeptical, that went away fast. MyZone 126 ahr, 164mhr. 80Meps, 310 calorie burn. Still cold AF in Northern Indiana. Cannot wait to take this outside and incorporate my bag. Will be sharing this with my friends.
I really love your workouts. Thanks for the videos. Just one request, can you please keep the instructions voice higher in the videos. It will help those who workout in open areas. Thanks again for the vidoes.
I am a BIG fan of you! Love your workouts, shadow or heavy bag! + Loved this one! And a question how many calories do you think 30 min of shadow boxing burns for a women? (If I do it the same as you are) , is it the same thing as with a heavy bag? . Regards!!!!
This is Awesome.. I have been doing your work outs for almost 5 years now..Started with the 20 minute heavy bag workout (all time fav) . Please create a work out routine that incorporates Mike Tyson's style of boxing.. that will be phenomenal. Thank you for the positive change you are bringing into peoples life..
@@NateBowerfitness thanks for the reply! I do this and your bag exercises 4-5 times a week and love them. If you'd like some music for your channel, I'm a signed pop artist with Aztec records and also work with two rock/metal projects. Happy to send you material if you need stuff for videos!
i know this comment is gonna be old, but ive been using this video daily along with a couple others of yours for 2 months and its helped me lose weight when i pair it with a healthier diet, im gonna keep this up and see how i progress and see where i am at the end of this year. thanks nate
@@NateBowerfitness Good to be back doing the best boxing workouts. Appreciate it Nate. Always good coming back to the classics and the new workouts are killer as well. Loving every minute of it.
Hey 👋 appreciate this! These videos are definitely time and energy consuming and also expensive to make. I still love it though ;) Thanks for recognizing that.
