This is a 10 minute yoga full body stretch to help release tension and stress from the body relieving you from all the days aches and pains.

This 10 Minute yoga stretch can be done in the mornings and is great for releasing upper and lower back tension along with increasing overall flexibility.
You can practice this full body stretch any time of the day however it is also a great late night yoga routine to practice before bed to help promote relaxation and better sleep.
Remember to always listen to your body and never exceed the sensation of just a stretch.

I came across a trick that helped my buzzing mind. I ask myself "what my next tought will be?" and I wait. And you will see some time will pass till a though comes in your mind🙏

I’m a dancer and I’ve never been as flexible as others in my classes. So this summer a couple times a week I do yoga and stretch cause I wanna build myself :)

So good you are starting to self care early in life. If I had starting stretching at tour age or even knew about yoga at your age, I think my body would be in a much better (and happier) place now.

I always say I wish I found yoga at this age it's such a gift. I truly believe my life would have been free of so much of the pain in mind and body that I had to go through later in life. Keep it up!

Can i just mention how this didnt feel like 10min?? This is my first time doing yoga and entire sess lets say and it felt so relaxing. I was stressed and now i feel so much calmer. And i didnt even allow myself to be fully emerged. Imagine if i fully focus on it next time!

Thank you for this video. I cried at the end because it helped me so much. Going through a rough patch in life but these yoga exercises actually made me feel happy and peaceful and like me again. I did this video because I went on 2 different 3 mile walks this weekend, which. Doesn’t sound like much...but I’m the most sedentary person ever. And oof my calves were SORE ...this fixed it😇

Just now getting into yoga and this was an amazing 10 minute session. Right now 10 minutes a day is all I have to give to it but I want to eventually move up to doing 30 minutes a day. The small sessions will eventually get me there. 💜

Hey! I've been practicing yoga for years, but I have been struggling with my regular practice due to tension in my body lately from recovering from being sick and all the stress of moving from Germany to the USA. Finally a 10 min yoga video that's actually 10 minutes. Loved the pace. Felt like there was more focus on the stretch instead of constantly shuffling between poses.

Great video thanks for uploading! :) I did feel that the twist in down dog was a little out of place in this otherwise extremely gentle sequence. that twist caught me off guard and had me working more stressfuly than i was ready for

Good morning Bird, I was searching for a simple 10 minute Yoga video when I found yours. I have Covid and am on day 10, I'm frustrated and uncomfortable, I've never felt so unwell in my life. I just tried out the 10-minute yoga full-body stretch, and I thought it was great! I'm a big fan of yoga, and I always appreciate a good stretch

Love this. I haven't been active lately and having anxiety because I'm about to start looking for a new job. This routine felt healing for me. Sometimes what I like most about yoga is the simplicity of it. I find that part of it to be the most profound for me. Does anyone else agree? I plan on doing it everyday for the next week. we'll see how it goes. :)

sufferer of anxiety disorder and ptsd which brings SO much tension, just did the 10 minutes, being gentle with myself and my poor physical form, and I'm feeling slightly better. and it took my mind of the tension for a few minutes. Thanks. Think I will add a bit of your routines in my daily life to help.

This did the trick for me! It’s Anahi’s much tension you can let go in ten minutes. I like to do this sort of practice a few times a day to keep my anxiety at bay. Thank you!

The stretches were effective in targeting all major muscle groups. I felt a deep stretch in my back, shoulders, hips, and hamstrings.

I hate when I do yoga videos on RU-vid and I have to constantly look at my screen to see what the instructors are doing but you save me a lot of neck pain, your instructions are awesome it helps me relax more thank you!!!
