Hi, I'm in physical therapy. She wants me to do this stretch. I bought a strap like you have. When I am at the clinic, I could only feel the stretch in the back of my knee and calf. After watching you do it, I bent my knee slightly and I can now feel the stretch in my hamstring. She told me "I want you to keep your leg straight, do not bend your knee". I will tell her on my next appointment that I found that when I bend my knee slightly, I get the proper stretch. Thank you! I like your warm ups and pacing the leg down, all of it!
