Less than 15 minutes long! Stretching is important! It helps increase flexibility, increase coordination, and it just feels so damn good.
Grab a yoga strap, a rope, or a pair of yoga pants to guide yourself into deeper and more effective stretches. You don’t need a yoga strap, find something similar (anything long enough so you can place it around your foot while lying down with a straight leg)

LOVE IT! I do something very similar to this every morning and before bed. I was looking for a video for some new ideas and this lesson was AMAZING and you are a WONDERFUL teacher! I, as fellow teacher with tight legs just can't thank you enough for this teaching.

Thanks! I always love doing a stretch that allows me to SEE a physical difference. After I did the first half of this stretch (right leg,) my right leg was a few cm longer than my left. Great stretch!

I tried this for the first time just now, I have Fibromyalgia and struggle with those tight areas so I am hoping this will help. The thing I want to mention that for me I found it a struggle with my arms, they are very weak with not a lot of muscle and felt like they were hurting a lot. Including the top of my mad. And after just now. Also with me having Fibromyalgia how would you suggest I do this, do it everyday or should find videos for my arms, then another day find one for core and then my legs. No worries if you can't help with this. It was worth a try. Thank you x
