Ma'am I follow you since many days nd I like your videos most. I have sone confusion with my cardio workout, requesting you to kindly advice me to do my proper workout. I do cardio workout 6 days in a week, exercise are as follows- 1. Skipping- 1000 Rep 2. Skip(40 Rep)+Jumping Jack(20 Rep)+Spot Jogging(30 Rep)- 03 Set 3. Plank- 2-3 Min 4. Front Crunches(12 rep)+ Side Crunches(12 Rep)+Standing Crunches(12 rep)- 03 Set 5. 10 Min Yoga I am 5'10" and my currebt weight is 78 kg. I want to reduce 6 kg weight frm existing... kindly suggest whether above mentioned execise is enough or I have to add or subtract some exercises.

My daughter is 16 yrs & son is 13 yrs old . ln the morning they both get up at 6 am & leave for their school at 7 am , just want to ask how should I start their day with a healthy food as they try their level best not to eat anything in the morning except milk & their excuse is that anything else is heavy for them . pls suggest a plan that how a school going child should start a healthy deit day. Madhusmita Baske u can do calorie deficit of 500 calorie nd workout of 100-200 calories daily , that way in 10 days u can reduce 1 kg , bcz to loose 1 kg u need to burn 7700 calories , 20 kgs kbhi nhi hoga
