I liked these exercises. Since last 10 days I'm consistent in doing this workout. Instructions are very apt. I'm 64 and I just do 1 round : each exercise 45sec to 1 mt. Sometimes I feel tired but also feel nice. Let's watch the results.

Hello , when I saw this video , thought it’s for me 😃and started from this week , I am 54 y young and tried many diets to loose weight . Buhut mushkil se few kgs kum hoty hain and then few kgs Phir wapus aaty hain , ab Sochi rhi hoon eat every thing and exercise ... mujhy cervical and lumber dono main problem hai . Kya main yeh exercise ker sakti hoon ??
