Hey loves! Let's get in shape together!
Let’s do this workout X3 this week!
Stretch first!
Warm-up 5 to 10 minutes (Jumprope, walking or running)
⏰After warming-up and stretching, set a timer to 10 minutes to complete this circuit. Take :10 seconds break between each exercise and 1 minute break after each round. 💪🏾
✅10 Bicep curls
✅10 Lunges
✅10 Tricep dips
✅10 Dumbbell squat press up
