Hi everyone! After seeing your comments on my video about breakups and that you are struggling with it, I felt like it was important to give you an update of how it looks like 10 months after a breakup. For all of you going through a hard time, here is the good news: there is a bright and brand new future waiting for you! Be patient and work on your healing, and one day, without even noticing, you will look around and found yourself at a way better place! Just don't loose the hope! A big hug to all of you!

We came into this world alone and we leave this place alone. The more experiance in relationship we get , the more we find out that our true love is ourselves. I really belive that. Just like the younger we are the more a brake up can hurt us.

This is very painful. I'm really sorry you through this. I lost my girlfriend in a car accident back in the US, which made me quit that place. It's been 5 years. Since then I've moved to two countries and now i have been staying in stockholm since april 2022. There were days I wished I had never existed. It was painful, and I had to overcome it alone too. It still affects me from time to time, but life has to move on. I really don't know how deep your pain is, but I'm glad you are healing. Wounds leave scars, but it is in our power to live through the scars and make it shine as our accomplishment. Very touching video for me. Makes me emotional, but I just wanted to say, you are amazing!. One day, if I see you, promise me to give me an autographed photo of you.

My ex broke up with me 5 months ago and blamed it all on me. I was so hurt that I didnt even defend myself, I just accepted it. For so I thought it was my fault until last month I decided to stop talking to her and work on myself. It wasn't until I started to work on myself and face those painful emotions that I realized it wasn't only my fault. There are always bad days when I want to reach out and tell them what they did but I know that wont help me or they could simply not care for it. The only way to heal and move on is to start working on yourself. I really wish I had done it sooner. Thank you for this video I could really relate to it and it inspired me

I tell you one thing. If they ever manage to see their mistakes, it will take them a very long time. Can even be that they might never be able to see that and how it contributed to ruin the relationship. It definitely won't help and you will just delay your healing. This is so true what you say! But it is already really good that you are able to see this now and stay true to this. I am glad the video helped

First, you look amazing and glowing from inside out! You can be very proud, indeed one small step at a time. You put in the effort and you reflected with honesty to your own part of the breakup as well. This is very powerful. Maybe too personal Q, but looking back, are you glad the relationship is over? Thank you so much Lena ❤️ this is a difficult question, maybe I would need a whole video to answer that :) but let's say I am glad for what the breakup allowed me to achieve personally. I could learn more about myself through this whole process and that I could use this as a chance to thrive. Nothing is completely good or completely bad, so a breakup is still sad when we think we also lost some good things with it. But since breakups don't happen because of the good things, I tried to keep this in mind and work with that. Thank you so much, sending you lots of love too ❤️
