Coming from a third-world country we farm moringa for consumption on our organic farm we eat green moringa as a vegetable added to bean soup, fish soup, and chicken stew. we are healthy and skinny we hardly get sick with a cough or cold. My skin was glowing even though I do not use lotions, I never knew the benefits of it until 3 years ago. I came to the States in 1986 I didn't eat moringa again until last year. I found seeds from Amazon and Ebay but never grew well they died in the cold weather. Unbeknownst to me, in the grocery store where I chop sold green moringa in a package with the mints and herbs sections the green moringa was folded in the package and was not recognizable as moringa until I opened it up. January of this year my lab test shows that my cholesterol is very high. I have been on a moringa diet for 3 weeks now I make moringa soup using the leaves and I make moringa tea from the stem I bundle the stem and place it in the pot of boiling water for about 7 -10 minutes until the color of the water is green then I turn it off. I don't like to take 💊 💊 I use plants as my meds. I will get my cholesterol checked again in 6 months to see the new results. I also stopped eating bread and meat only a little chicken. I will update this comment later.
