A lot of people may underestimate what good a foam roller does to ones body. Whether you're a very active person or sedentary, working at a desk for 8-10 hours a day, the foam roller is a simple equipment you can use to alleviate pain and tension in muscle areas allowing increased flexibility and overall relief of stress. As for the last one I have included in this video, the IT Band is not a muscle, it's just a connective tissue so you must be careful with foam rolling your outer thighs as it could cause further damage to the muscles below it especially if your IT band is already inflamed.
