Lack of sleep and reduced longevity is related. Identifying the importance of sleep and following a regular schedule of sleeping hours is mandatory. To induce quality sleep, it is helpful to darken the room; restrain from viewing electronic devices and consuming caffeine drinks. A comfortable bed and suitable sheets; room temperature maintained at 18o C; having a bath with warm water; consuming warm milk; meditation and breathing techniques are helpful. Fragmented sleep has an affect on our cognitive functions. Thank you Dr. Warlu garu.

Only 2to 4 hours ye nidrapothunnanu daily veela valla. 1am to 5 am varake nidrapothunnanu night time lo sir. Please help cheyyandi sir. Concentration undadam ledhu education meedha.
