Jordan saw in kobe what jordan brother saw in his little brother, No one is gonna let you win, you have to win, i can show you and teach you, but you have to want it. Its like players these days just care about getting paid.

I do not in any way believe that winning is everything, but i do believe in accomplishment. that can come in many forms, but Jordan was the goat. the only players greater than Jordan were the great duo of Magic and Bird - together. As far as individual talent Jordan absolutely dominated when he needed to - at both ends of the court - and even in the middle.@@Fabulos1

Right! All LeBron has proven is that the medical field has improved by leaps and bounds. No puns intended. LeBron has shown he can play for a long time and since is been around forever he happened to become points leader. Yay. That is so amazing I forgot to clap.

@@p9r4ex8dyk Facts. Both Kareem and Jordan went to college before the NBA lifted that restriction. What people fail to realize is that it was darn near impossible to join the NBA straight out of high school at that time. High school basketball programs these days often are at a level colleges were at decades ago. I just don't see LeBron being able to be as productive in times past. Shaq would have ate him up.

Frankly, it's insulting to MJ that people say LeBron is at his level, much less passed him. There is MJ, and then there is a fight for second place. Kobe is the nearest thing to MJ because he imitated his style of play. Fact is, LeBron doesn't have the skill set, the determination, the win at all costs and the never give up mentality that MJ possessed. The first time LeBron lost in the finals and the first time he quit on his team and walked out before the game was over, I knew that he would never be at MJ's level.

@Fernando-vg4ym
@Fernando-vg4ym Месяц назад
@@kwesip6267 Really? You say that retiring after winning three titles in a row is "giving up"? You don't "give up" after you've won a championship, much less three. Your definition of "giving up" is so hypocritical when you consider that LeBron has walked out on games numerous times before they're finished. And how many times has LeBron "given up" on his teams? And, if I recall correctly, he did it each time after losing, and losing badly at that. Now, THAT's the true definition of giving up. What a joke!!

@@kwesip6267 sir with all the respect you deserve JORDAN never gave up on his team. When the mafia tells you to loose or your mother ,father, family etc……. Will pay the price of course your are a superstar and your era has begun. You would think it’s a bluff bird and magic new there was a new sheriff in town but of course there would be be haters gamblers and got hurt by loosing so obviously those cowards and haters had to take it on the person he loved. Making missed 2 years of mvps and championships to his perfect collection, which I know Mr, Buggs Bunny knows about it because he gave MJ he’s own private gym to show the world that MR MJ was coming back and winning another 3peat. And all you guys can say well mafia made him win another 3. When everyone in the world knew he was the new sheriff in town and taking over. Imagine how many more championships he would have by not taking his father’s life. Exactly that’s why in every single sport no matter what his name comes out the next MJ in any sport. Man, I balked at Kobe being the next MJ when he was coming up. I didn't hate on him but I was just like, "naw, nobody beats Jordan, don't play." I actually get it in the feels listening to Kobe talk about it. Great video as always, YG!

I get that. I think Lebron is a freak athlete and an amazing player. But he falls under the Wilt, Bill, Shaq world. It's not the same when you are as big as half the centers in the league. It's different when a guy that is average height for the NBA at 6'6". It's why if there was a conversation of the 2010-2020 goats its Steph Curry. It's different when you can inspire the average person compared to just being bigger than just about everyone else.

Kobe was different...i would say second to no one but Mike, but when you watch all those who spoke about MJ...they all seem sincere, not because they loved Mike, pretty sure most of them hated him to their guts, but because of love of the game and that no matter what they were big enough to admire the game and acknowledge one's greatness. And a couple of days ago i watched the first minutes of Lebron/Reddick show and i simply could not stand it - just called it a clown show as it was all scripted and a clown show as i saw a media pumped guy with a great losing record disrespect MJ's influence while wearing his number...that's pathetic and shows no knowledge of the game and its history no respect to the ones that paved your way to a billionaire status...

The debate between Lebron and MJ was settled tonight once and for all for me, when I heard Stephen A Smith say... "When Lebron walked on the court, players respected him. But when MJ walked on the court, players were terrified of him." Never mind all the stats that MJ clearly dominates in with the time he spent, he literally terrified his opponents because of how great he was, and how bad he could make you look... Very few wanted a piece of him.

I can only imagine playing against Jordan and what it must have felt like being a young player against him. I attended the 2007 Iron Bowl (I’m a Bama fan) in Auburn and Bo Jackson was introduced to the crowd. I had flashbacks of being 9 years old in 1983 and watching the Iron Bowl on TV and Bo had 2 TD runs of over 70+ yards and over 250+ yards for the game. I was 33 years old [2007] and started crying like a baby as I was seeing in person the *Greatest Athlete that has ever walked on earth* So playing against MJ had to be crazy.

And Jordan's first 3 NBA seasons were losing seasons. Can you imagine Magic, Bird, Kobe, Shaq, and especially Russel ever having a single losing season?

For me, there's only four people who were so amazing and sensational at what they did that they literally seemed magical. That's Muhammad Ali, Michael Jordan, Michael Jackson, and Bruce Lee. Ali dominated in the ring, Jordan on the court, Jackson on the stage, and Bruce on the screen. I understand that Jackson was just a pop star, and Bruce was an actor, but they still had that X factor. All four were clearly lightyears ahead of their competition. They all moved so gracefully. They were hypnotizing, like they were designed to do what they did. Poetry in motion. All are worldwide phenomenons. You can go anywhere on this planet and find people who feel the same way about these four extremely gifted individuals. There's been nothing like them before or since. Uts the X facfor. It's hard to put a finger on it or even write it out, but all you have to do is watch.

Awesome. But we should never idolize anyone...we respect their talents and abilities, but too many idol worshipping mere mortals, and forget God made them and made you

I grew up watching every Bulls game on WGN from i think 1988 somewhere around there. Yeah it was when they were trying to get past the Pistons. I fuckin HATED the Pistons. I miss the rivalries. There are no more in the NBA
