You guys are THE GREATEST!! Very thoughtful & practical activities aimed at facilitating best possible health for folks of all ages, injuries, & current physical capabilities. Dr. Bob & Dr. Brad, you guys are entertaining as well! Thanks for caring enough to share your hard earned information!! PPLLEEASSSEEE KEEP IT UP FELLAS!!!
I'm a fairly new subbie & did a marathon of watching many of your videos in one afternoon last week. I love your style of teaching-simple demonstrations, hints to either enhance movement or movements to avoid during the technique. Also enjoyed the guest speakers you had-the pharmacist & organic farmer. I have been doing the 2 exercises for shoulder pain & pillow positioning at night and have found some relief, especially with the shoulder blade scrunches. I will add more of your shoulder exercises soon but suffered from costochondritis for 2-1/2 weeks after attending 3 sessions for shoulder pain with a physical therapist last summer, so I want to proceed slowly. I'm not wanting to return to the walk-in anytime soon. Thanks, guys!
Gentlemen, thank you so much for this video! I am an Activities Assistant, and do some of these for my senior residents now. I was looking for something NEW to add, and you came through for me! God bless, I will be tuning in for more!
Thanks for the suggestions! I always have tight neck and back muscles all the time so I have finally switched to a sit-stand desk. Could you guys do a video on some point for things to keep in mind for the office worker who works on the computer while standing up? Thank again :)
You guys are brilliant. I've been sharing your videos and channels since the day I found you. My father is 59 and has seriously loss in neck rotation on one side. He has extreme pain in his shoulder blade on one side and minor back pain. You guys have helped him a lot since I found your channel. He watches your videos regularly now and is sharing with his online community of friends. Any chance you'll talk about healthy diets for men his age? He is a meat and potato guy, smokes and drinks heavily. I keep trying to teach him about the effects of what he's doing to his body at this time in his life... but i'm no professional. :P Cheers gents, keep up the great work!
Great exercises, did them with you, but I couldn't do hands behind you're head and stretch your chest, I couldn't move at all. Could you suggest what I could do please. Thank you Anne. x
Wow, didn't realize how much I needed to stretch my upper body! A nice addition would be stretching the chest. My right upper peck area is real tight from using a mouse I guess.
