This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Champion Homes. The model for this home is the “Brazos II.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,941 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Honestly, this is one of my favorite homes you have shown. I draw floorplans of homes and apartments as a hobby, (I know, strange) and this one has a really awesome layout.

I'm realizing what it is that makes me love a living room vs. not liking it. I love it when they extend the living room a few feet at least beyond the marriage line like they did in this one, it just helps make the living room NOT feel cramped. This one feels roomy and spacious. My husband and I both love our recliners, but we like to have a couch for guests too, and I think we could fit all 3 pieces in one this size. The only thing this was missing was a bathtub in the master bathroom.

You hit it spot on. There needs to be a bathtub in any home. Where will the little kids take a bath without one or the big kids too. Love all the kitchen cabinets too.

The floor plan at the beginning of the video showed a tub in the Master bath and also in the shared bath. However the tour thru the home didnt have it

I've noticed that in hotels lately. They are just putting in shower stalls now. I don't have small children anymore, but I always wonder what young families do.

Tub is a must for me. And I dislike the black shower tiles. I once owned a home with black tiles in the shower, showed evry droplet, soap mark, really hard to keep looking good.

You know I used to only look at mobile homes if I could do a virtual tour now Chance your my favorite person to take a virtual tour with on these homes. You show us everything and never be afraid to open a cabinet door or open a drawer I like seeing. This is a beautiful home and I think Chance should get a commission off those that sell from those who buy from watching his video.

Wow, utility room needs a sink though. And I think I would use the formal dining room as something else office maybe . Don't need two dining tables and an island .love the house. 😊

Beautiful home! I love the layout. That laundry room is so spacious! Plenty of room for everything with no size restriction on the appliances. I love the two dining table areas, and that kitchen island is awesome. I love that they tucked the stools under the island, so they don't obstruct the walkway when not in use. Since the island top is a solid surface it's perfect for all sorts of uses like sewing, crafting, school projects and more. Safe travels, Chance. It's wild and dangerous out there these days. ❤

I'm pleasantly surprised by this home and have given it the most positive comments in a long time. I give this home High marks for layout, kitchen, dining room and breakfast area and large linen storage area. The room sizes are very good and the fireplace isn't a ugly elongated electric thing.

I love this home. I like the different textures on the oven back splash. The layout is perfect. I never knew I'd like green kitchen cabinets but the colour of the kitchen island is gorgeous. This home is amazing. That price is fantastic, I expected it to be so much more expensive.😮

How do you clean the oven back splash? Grease from frying will cling to evry crevasse!

@@joywebster2678 In the same way you would with any greasy surface. I usually use a cloth with hot water and washing up liquid or a cream cleaner called Cif, it cuts through grease. Obviously if you leave any grease over time it becomes tougher to remove, just clean it after each greasy splash and it's fine. I have the same back splash in my home but in white.

That is a very nice floor plan. Flexibility in the living room. Alternate bedrooms offset from the eating areas. Fantabulous kitchen. Love the colors. Just a couple tweeks. Patio door off the breakfast table, medicine cabinets behind the mirrors in both bath rooms and seats and niches in the showers. This is the first house you've shown me that I could easily live in as shown. What is the LxW of the house. It is the closest to perfect I've seen. Great job.

Love the layout to this home. Only thing I'd change I would make the formal dining area to an office or another sitting area. I'll put the dining table where the breakfast nuke is. Only thing missing is a half bath for guests.

Chance you are right there is enough room at both tables and the bar stools to sit everyone and if extras show up pull up some folding chairs at the tables (a tleast 3 or 4 in the Dining Room and 2 ir 3 in the kitchen), the only sad part is there is not a walk- pantry. Oodles and Gobs of cabinets and counter space. The master bedroom has room for a king size bed as well as a sitting area. The master bath is huge.

I love the layout of this place. It's a nice place. I do like the 2 tone colors on the outside. I love the chimney, backsplash above the stove, cupboards in the island, & the round counter. Also, the tiles in the showers.❤❤❤👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟

Love this home! Nice sized rooms. Great home for a family, other than not having a tub. The linen cabinet in the hall is nice. I would change some of the colors and add a coat closet. Nice tour Chance!!

I love that it has a wood-burning fireplace. The elbow-room is fantastic...I can't imagine ever feeling crowded. I also love that the house itself is high-end with details, but they didn't go to the ceiling with the kitchen cabinets. For me, that's just lost real estate - I'm a shorty, lol. I'd far rather have the storage on the island. Also, there is no price. It just says "Depending on Options".

Thanks for the tour, Chance. In the future if someone complains about seeing a shub, just tell them they can always order a nice walk-in tile shower instead, for a little extra cost. That'll shut 'em up ! 😜

Great tour as usual, i was having to catch my breath right along with you. They cranked this one up to 11. Once again though, this home deserves a walk in pantry. Love that the dining area is separated from the kitchen / living room area, but easily accessed and visible from each one.

Lovely light and spacious living room and the wood burning fire, very nice. The only thing I'd change would be square sinks and a wand shower head in the shower. And thinking about it I'd have lighter cabinets through out. Great place though

I love this home. I wouldn't mind if the Lord would bless me with this home. It is so beautiful. The only thing that would make it better is another bedroom. I need 4 bedrooms.
