Feel absolutely the same about the lack of a bathtub in the master suite. My favorite part of the tours is the master bath. I always look for the tub first. 😁

I understand your point because that’s what I think people would expect from a master bath... but I’m the opposite and love when they put more into the showers. Baths aren’t my thing, and usually when they do big baths, they just do a small shower... which isn’t my thing at all. So for me it was a nice change in things.

I am sure that is an item that could be customized. Most times you can upgrade and have both tub and shower, or if not enough space you can swap for a tub...maybe not a garden tub, but at least a regular tub. I loved having garden tubs when my kids were little. Now that I am getting older, my husband and I are thinking about our future years and would like a walk in shower, wider hallways and doors (for a wheelchair for example), and bath sink with legroom (again for wc access). We are planning to downgrade to a one story house and will def be looking into options for handicap access.

Faith, The substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. There’s a missing puzzle piece in everyone’s heart. People try multiple things to fill that hole like sex, drugs, alcohol etc. But it’s only temporary and makes the hole even bigger. Making the good things in your heart spill out. But That missing puzzle piece is God. Only God can fill that emptiness in your heart. And when you accept God he gives you his Holy Spirit so that you like things that are holy, right and just. He holds you under his protection and his overwhelming never ending reckless love. He puts that puzzle piece into your heart and holds your heart now and forever. You may have never given God a try. You may have only gone based off what you seen or heard. But he is giving you an opportunity to seek him for yourself and get to know him. I don’t know you but I love and care about you. And everything you need is in God. That things that you don’t understand about yourself or you think is dumb, he knows and will give you what you ask. before I was broken, still searching for the truth. But then He came along, and changed my life and eternity. And I never want to go back to the broken person I was before. Because the truth and the light has set me free. Look where my chains are now, gone. I want that for you and each and every person. So I’m sharing the Good News and the best news just so that i meet you guys in heaven. There’s no love greater than this and of God. You’ll never know how a food taste until you taste it. So I’m pleading with you, try it out, see what you become, read the Bible, talk to him in prayer, or at least research about it. All our lives we did nothing for God except ignore and disobey him. But no matter what or who we are, he still loves us. Run to the father. He’s been standing behind you protecting you all this time, but you turned away from him and faced the dark, but now he’s calling on you, his arms has been open all along, waiting to welcome you back home where you belong. He’ll hold you forever. What’s the wait? He’s been waiting for you. God wants to know you. He’s come as close to you as he can. Open the door to him and welcome him in. See what happens. Exactly what I would do! Turn the larger section of the upper floor into master suite and the smaller side into a sewing room! I like the layout but would need more outlets as I see lots of places for fish tanks! Only problem with these homes is actually getting one delivered to the family property! It’s hard enough to get a 2 horse trailer in much less a mobile home without a helicrane! Too damn hilly+ random pop up cows!
