It's been a year and a month withought porn if you struggling with it Jesus is the hope. What i did to quite porn: 1.Made a firm decision to stop 2.prayed that God help me quite it 3.watched sermons and teachings that spoke against porn and revealed its disadvantages 4. Reached a point of hating the effects of it than the temporal pleasure derived from it.

I struggled for years, like many years. Everything @thestyleOG said I have experienced. I'm now 2 months in without it. This is just as serious as doing drugs. I don't do drugs but porn is a drug. I now understand why drug addicts struggle to get and stay clean. God bless you brother for this✊🏾

Moderation is KEY. You've got to be an old man (over 40s) or have very low lobido/low levels of testosterone to quit Porn. If you got high lobido you will self sabotage if you don't release your venom from time to time. Yes you can transmute and use this violent urge (sexual energy ) to achieve your goals. However if your not achieving those goals in the set time frames in your head or falling behind, disappointment kicks in, then boredom, then your sexual urge spikes up and then you got two choices, keep fighting the urge (which makes it even worst) or release it and get centred. You'll eventually have to release it and porn is the most cost effective way, as the guilt from it centres you and focuses you back on your goal. Trust me once you take inventory of what it cost you to have sex (with the ladies) in real life and the risk involved, Porn is a bargain but then again Moderation or it will f you up. Even over indulging in sex with the ladies in real life will f you up, just without the guilt however you'll feel yourself falling behind and getting e weaker. I Use both porn and the ladies with sex is only reserved for what I deem Highly attractive Women (aka attractive and makes it easy for me)

The question guys have to ask themselves is why do they look at porn in the first place? Is it because your single and don't have a partner? Is it because your bored and looking for a dopamine fix? If you have a partner are you not having sex or not being satisfied? Or is it just an addiction that you can't seem to stop? The key is self control. Once you can control your urges you can overcome it. Try to take baby steps and look at it less and less .Fill your time doing other things by staying busy. Talk yourself out of it and remind yourself that it's fantasy. Try to live in the real world and seek real life partners.
I wholeheartedly disagree. Women have to make a conscious choice to do porn. The choice to open one’s legs and take part in sex on camera is a very conscious decision.

You're right. It's easy to say, "quit doing this or that," but if you're not in a relationship (and you don't see yourself being in one), quitting porn can be an almost impossible feat. Ultimately, we're all still human and we have needs.

I would also like to add another reason to quit porn is that it raises your energy, frequency, and vibration when you stop consuming it. You attract better quality people in your personal life and you have better discernment on who to stay away from.

I think that this activity does leave a certain subliminal level of guilt.And sometimes it's almost as guys.We subliminally avoid women in real life if involved heavily in this, because of unnamed/ unidentified guilt we feel about involvement with video images rather than real women.. We'll still talk to live women.But our game just won't be the same I think due to these negative impacts you were bringing out here... Honestly..is it a porn issue or a rejection issue ? This may be off base but if you somewhat agree with the 80/20 rule then an example is 20% of men will get %80 of the women so do the simple math. This rule doesn’t apply to all men/women scenarios but as far as I can remember a handful of guys had most of the girls. Definitely with you on this OG. It's a struggle, but it's worth it. It does get easier in time, and you will feel a lot better when your consumption is decreased by a significant amount. Instead of everyday, try once a week, then up the amount, 2 weeks.. a month.. then before you realize it, it's out of your life and you can heal your sexuality.
Jeff this was a great video. This topic is being discussed more and more on Mens channels and it is good to see. I was addicted to porn for around sixteen years. It didn’t start out that way, but it was a cancer that metastasized in my life. I know this isn’t a Christian channel, but God delivered me from it in 2018. My life has been much better since. There are few things in my 52 years that I am ashamed of. I can honestly say that viewing porn is one of the three that I can think of. Jeff it was awful and I didn’t fully realize it. Thank you for doing this video and I hope it helps some young men break their way free of this demon that can hinder or ruin one’s life in all of the ways you listed. Blessings to you. Gay men use porn to keep from being promiscuous and not getting stds from sexual hook ups. Rule of thumb no sexual encounters unless you’re in a solid relationship and know your partner status. If I’m in a relationship there’s no need for porn.
Well, the modern woman, as they call them, have an unrealistic expectation for first dates and criteria fantasy. Porn can be an option to dealing with all the current man vs woman dating issues. Not saying porn is healthy, but the dating scene isnt either.
