Cody has a neck tattoo on his chest and a chest tattoo on his neck Also, the Harris twins and their SS tattoos should probably be on here, but the title does say regrettable tattoos and they probably dont regret them
Cody could've had the logo put on his bicep. He could've had the word Nightmare put opposite the Dream tattoo. But no, he went straight for the neck tat! 🤣
I honestly absolutely love the neck tat and I love that it’s huge and stands out like it does . Of course I would never ever put a tat like that on my neck to be honest my mom would probably haunt me in my dreams lmao !
Pro-tip from someone into tattoos and has several arts friends: Do not get one that as anything to do with a person you are in a relationship with. It pretty much kick starts a tattoo curse. No matter how long you have been together, how many kids you have or how good your relationship is, your relationship is very likely to fall apart. Things are also very likely to get really ugly before it ends. This is why a lot of tattoo arts try to talk a person or couple out of the idea or snicker, if not laugh, when ask to do these kind of tattoos.
@6:49 Met John Tenta in 2002 wrestling at the Bedford corn exchange. Got a Polaroid with him in the ring. I asked him about why he no longer had his tiger tattoo? (We didn't really have mid 90s wcw where i lived) He told me "son it was a dumb ass idea for a dumb ass gimmick" What a bloody nice bloke .
Might be controversial but I don’t think Lesnar’s dagger tattoo is all that bad. He looked fine without it but it’s certainly not horrible. Cody’s neck tattoo, however, is a different story.
Personally, both of his tattoos are terrible. Thry look like something pulled out of the margins of a middle school edgelord's math homework; done poorly in prison.
The best description of Cody's tattoos I've heard was someone who said "He's got a neck tattoo on his chest and a chest tattoo on his neck." It just sums it up perfectly. I mean it's obviously each to their own but if he'd had it put on his chest or arm then don't think anybody would've said bugger all. Well, that's a lie. Some would obviously take shots still but it wouldn't have been everybody and their dog chipping in on it...
I won't hear a bad word against Perry Saturn, dodgy face tat or not, the man is a genuine hero. It's just a shame that his heroism brought along such demons. The man deserved better.
Yeah, unfortunately the WWE cut all ties with Perry Saturn because he was part of the failed concussion lawsuit that got tossed out in 2018. The truth is, that Perry was hard up for money. That ambulance chasing attorney Constantine Kyros, took advantage of Perry's desperation, and persuaded him to join the 60-person lawsuit.
Saturn is a special forces military hero and a legit tough guy who nearly died saving a woman’s life. I find face tattoos disgusting when I see them on these young people who fashion themselves to be gangstas. However, Mike Tyson and Saturn are two people who have earned their tattoos.
@@waverlyking6045 Yeah, after getting shot and disabled, Perry Saturn went into a downward spiral. He probably could have taken advantage of the WWE’s wellness program (that they extend to retired talent) prior to joining the Concussion lawsuit in 2016, which was later tossed out of court in 2018. Scott Hall used up to $500,000 of the WWE’s wellness budget to try to get clean, but ultimately, the only thing that worked for him was DDP Yoga. Maybe DDP could help Perry as well.
Damien Priest on WWE’s RU-vid channel talked about being in a similar situation as Breakker as he got an Undertaker symbol as a teenager. He started pursuing wrestling years later and his trainer told him it’s not a good look to have the symbol of one of the biggest star’s of the business you’re trying to break in to. Priest had it covered up among his many, many tattoo works since then.
@@bigvito9008 that bothered me too. People love that match so I’m in the minority but under No circumstances should BB be beating any potential main event wrestler ever.
I recall hearing an interview with Taker where he said the neck tattoo of his wife's name was so painful that if her name had ended in a "h" (as in "Sarah") he would have had his wife legally change her name so he wouldn't have to endure that fifth letter, lol....
One tattoo that lists like this always overlook is Mideon's Doc Holiday tattoo. Its a well done tattoo, but there's the slight problem that its not actually Doc Holiday.
Honorable mentions go to Hook and that guy with "Bad To The Bone" on his stomach. As far as Cody Rhodes goes, the great Brian Last said it best; "He has a neck tattoo on his chest, and a chest tattoo on his neck." 😂😂😂
That's how list videos work. Post one, everyone comments on what was missed. 3 months later part 2 is made. Viewers/commenters do the research for the creator.
i believe steiners was there to cover how badly his chest had aged due to certain needles and substances, he’d a sternum like an old man’s balls by about 2001
I remember when Barry Darsow went to wwf and became Smash, he had that elbow pad high up on his bicep. It was to cover that tattoo that would easily give away that he was recently Krusher Krustev in Crockett.
Couldn't stand Goldberg in the WCW days. I despised him. I was always NWO 4LIFE! Just like during the attitude era. Rooted against Stone Cold Steve Austin every single time. It was always a big Rock fan.
Y'all really need to do a part two because there's some tattoos you forgot like Scott Steiner Enzo's half-assed Tupac tribute tattoo Batista's belly button sun tattoo Kurt Angle's tiny ass back tattoo The harris twins EC3 Hulk Hogan Wade Barrett Santino Marella Tyrus
I've read somewhere that they've tried claiming they're not SS bolts, but yeah, I could see those dipshits not even remotely regretting that... I'm semi-curious how wrestlers think/thought about them backstage...
As someone with a fair few, in most cases they trace the outlines on paper which then transfers it to your skin for them to trace with the needle. You're correct, unless he was asleep he can't not have known the size of it.
@@sampleoffers1978 a part of me will always like what the did in the ring and another part will always e like well maybe i shouldnt knowing what i now know about them
@@sampleoffers1978 Then you start looking for "racism" everywhere but where it is actually happening. Then you don't see it. But feigning outrage is popular among democrats like you. I bet you used to take to Twitter to argue that the women wrestlers should wear MORE clothes lol faye got
I will simply say of these stories a few thing stand out 1 Perry Saturns face tattoo isnt something to mock, its a reminder of a extremely dark time where he himself doesnt remember the process after the Incident that lead to his Addiction and Homelessness 2 Codys neck tattoo is such a neglectful thing on the artist to have put on his neck considering his body isnt insanely covered already, and while he says this design is 2x larger and people say "well you see the stencil" theres no accounting for The fandome and their Negligence towards doing the tattoo in the first plage much less blowing up the image, also a smaller neck tattoo would have smudged and ran together into itself in a few years better placement choice and artist integrity are to blame And 3 John tenta really got the short end of the stick in regards to his Gimmick and cover up its a big black blob, which Although Blackout work is more common today thats a giant issue never mind the fact he covered it in Japan.....why didnt he elbow pad over it
Honestly, I'd rather have both Brock Lesnar's chest tattoo AND Cody Rhodes' neck tattoo over ever thinking about considering getting Adam Bombs tattoo 🤣😂🤣
I remember Taker's first tattoos that i noticed were a cluster of skulls on his forearm. Back then, he was relatively new to wwf and the gimmick looked like an Old West character.
That was his second tattoo, a wizard with skulls underneath it which he had done in 1993, his first tattoo was the grim reapear one on his right arm which he had done in around august 1991.
Cody saying the artist did it twice as big is funny, as artists will follow a template/stencil that they will show the person getting the tattoo, so he defo wanted it that big.
No mention of MVP's giant Malcolm X tattoo on his pec? He always hated it (because it looked very cartoony) and that was why he infamously wrestled in that track suit.
Seth Rollins's regret probably isn't "becoming a professional wrestler." Look up "Tyler Black" and "cyberfights" sometime to see what he likely really regrets.
My dad told me, when I was 14 y/o NEVER, EVER get a tattoo of someone's name on your body, unless it's your kid's name. When I was 25, my gf asked me to get her name tattooed on my body to show my love for her. I told her NO, 4 months later we split. Thanks dad 😉
The Cody tattoo isnt hard to understand. Its his brand, he wants people to see his brand all the time. If its on his chest, you aren't going to see it if you see him out around town.
Most of these aren't bad actually but I'm a little bit amazed that swastika tattoo of Ludvig Borga wasn't even on the list nevermind it should have been number one
