Me too as well. They want us to get over it but they can't get over it with their racism. I taught my son our history because the school lies about our history. The biggest lie was told to me during high school was the wooden teeth a white man had then to find out it was black people's teeth he was wearing. I'm still wondering how did black benefit from slavery? The slave owners did the most and they the only ones who benefit from this bs. So heartbreaking that my son couldn't watch the video of those evil punishments.

I was taught many of these things and more as a child in school as well as the painful affects of slavery passed down to our people from generation to generation in many forms. Prejudices are alive and well here. It's still being taught as a way of life.

There is a residual EVIIL in a lot of them. their genetics are inherently imprinted, and might I say, impaired, with that cruel disregarded that was part of their cave period for whence they are derived from; from the area of the earth where there is ice 🧊and not privy for life. We, on the other hand, are people of the☀and from a place of the giver of life. That is one of the differences b/w the two types of people. But then there is this deep seated resentment of Us By them at this time, EVEN though this atrocity happened on the watch of their forefathers; so WE should REALLY be the ONES who have the beef w/them. But there is this resentment of our existence since we were deemed less than human in the eyes of the capturers so by default, perhaps, that is in their psyche from the generations of it being passed down. But because this is the LAST thing they would want to do is acknowledge it for what it was (and is) then we ..none of us (as a whole) are gonna move forward. It's been a few hundred years of the repercussions of the Transatlantic slave trade, and as you can see in Fla & texASS and "Misery"(Missouri) and the other states that harbor a resistance of the bad, the good, and the ugly HISTORY of this country to be known to the up and coming generation on both sides of this Equation of Equality in this Land of Opportunity, but @ times of uncertainty, it's gonna be an up hill battle that Ulysses made look easy compared to that battle of race/ human relations to resolve in North America and beyond.

My husband is Afro/Japanese he studied history university level before he joined the military in 2005 and he told me “sometimes it’s unimaginable the nature of men especially europeans to justify inhumane treatment and conditions of people they deem primitive”. My husband served in the SANDF (South African National defense force) quite different from its Apartheid era counterpart And he made life long friendships with Dutch Afrikaans he has more respect for than American whites who still won’t come to terms with their heritage of evil.. My people are not innocent either when my people were Imperial Japan they committed horrible atrocities all over Asia and i can’t even begin to comprehend what many went through. I can only apologize for what occurred before me. Slavery and it’s history afterwards in America is referred to as woke by the so called right wing who wants to bury it instead of having remorse and try to move forward.

You don’t understand God or people. People wanted God out of their lives so He obliged. But he did send a way back to him, by the sacrifice of his own Son. But people still won’t accept God. So there is suffering and evil in a world who curses God and thinks the gospels are lies. God holds out eternal life, a way out and a hope for people who believe and follow Jesus. Jesus was not the government on earth. He never came to change the government. It is the way it is because man wants to go his own way. God gives free will. Jesus came to change individual hearts going against God to going toward God. The ultimate prize comes after death. Many of the slaves knew this and sang spiritual songs. They were Christians themselves and this hope sustained them no matter what happened. So stop blaming God for the evils of humanity. It’s not the way He wants it. People are in rebellion to God so are disconnected from him. They have no hope and are like sheep without a shepherd. They can be mean and cruel all by themselves.
