I am still confused. I know that the Holy Spirit is God. But Jesus says "But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority] ]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future]. " John:16:13. What is the meaning of this word? Sometimes I wonder if the Holy Spirit is speaking? 😭😭😭 2) Worship the Holy Spirit? 3) Pray to the Holy Spirit?.. 😭😭😭😭😭
Hey, a student of high control groups here: i can't in short form explain how problematic and misguided this video is, but I feel that I have too. It uses flawed definitions and is very probable to act contra productive, convincing members that they are not in a cult as the definitions are too narrow and does not cover a big portion of high control systems. It also have too extreme definitions, alienating many who's group are not as explicit in their traits. I really recommend you taking down this vide and remaking it, after doing further research and gaining a bigger understanding of the phenomena. God bless you and all those who work with you!
Absolutely, i was in a cult for 3 years. Everything in this video is spot on. Especially the way you have to leave, dont look back, don't answer calls or texts and have absolutely no contact. The hardest part was feeling alone, your whole life changes. Took me about 2 years to finally feel free and started looking for God again. I was lead to this channel and Isaiah Saldivars channel, praise be to God for his love, mercy and grace.
I have a friend in Mohanji cult. She had to avoid all contact to her former boyfriend and other friends, who didnt join her cult Leader. The cult follow a Leader who claim to be God himself. His followers are not allowed to critizise the cult.

You answered a question thru your first words. I was studying with a friend who is a Jehovas Witness, for a time, 2yrs. She expressed that they do not pray to Jesus since Jehova wants all their Adoration. So many false teachings. Why in the world would Our almighty God not desire us to love his son, our savior who by his blood covered our sin. Who came as God in human flesh. Amen! I have a 14 yr old daughter...her dad, my husband was sent back to his home country (Jamaica) ... A few yrs after he left, he joined the Jehovahs witnesses and he is severely delusional and totally falsely judgmental... He believes only JW's will make it to heaven and he also says he'll is a metaphor and that his Jehovah is a merciful God... He wouldn't and couldn't throw his children in such a place smh... No matter how hard I try to remind him of certain facts... He refuses to listen to anything aside from my the videos and false doctrine of demon's that he has unfortunately been sucked right into... He gets extremely vulgar and totally irrational including referring to me as a white trash jezebel whore God forgive him... All because I am trying to make him realize. I finally just stopped communicating with him altogether. I have just recently recovered from addiction to prescription narcotics and found my way back to my Jesus... .....What makes it hard to leave is people in these types of groups is they are very loving and kind...You think you are ( The Ones) God's last day Remnant! Most of these groups are Not running around in black worshipping darkness.... They are like family. You attend funerals and weddings together... Christianity mixed in with Alot of works. And there always seems to be a leader. Even if that leader has been dead for many years....Grace and works mostly works. These groups love bomb you. I was born and brought up by a pentecostal pastor family from India, I was into that church for almost 23 years since my birth. I was baptised and dedicated in that church without knowing God , I felt I know God but I didn't. The most sad thing is almost 70 people from my own family are still there in that church and I am the only one came out of it. I am battling with this for the past 4 years now. My parents who claim them to be the pastors and they think they speak tongues doesn't even have the assurance of salvation and they don't have any salvation experience which they can say or testify. My next generation( cousin brothers and sisters are into this and they think they are the one who gets into heaven and they have special seat as because the are from this church. Their parents are teaching them these things. I am still getting delivered for the past 2 years since 2020 January 1. For the first time after accepting the lord and leaving that church and attending a bible teaching church on the new year of 2020 I came to know I was demonized by those spirits that was in action in that church and they want me to go back. Leave my ministry and draw me back to that church. My parents and relative are still praying for me to get back to that church. I stopped speaking to them because the moment i start to converse to them(my parents and family members)these spirits are trying to influence me and my thoughts.kindly hold me in your prayers Pastor Vlad. Because this church is wide spread in India(I am from India). About they have 200 branches and literally lakhs of people into this. Without knowing where they are going. One day in my prayer I had revelations that the founder after naming me he is taking me to a place looks like a Hindu sanctuary and laying me in front it. That Is when I came to know that demons of Hindu religion is behind this cultic organization. Pray that my family people has to get delivered and they should come out of this church. Thank you for sharing this. I think I may have joined a cult. The leaders are highly focused on excessive prayer, there is also no financial transparency. They also openly criticise ex members and compare themselves to other Churches. We are also told to not watch other preachers on RU-vid. It’s all coming together now.
Sadly, some churches are like this too. #8 is something many churches need to change. Good teaching and accountability are extremely important. Christians need to want to know the truth and STUDY the word for themselves.

I found myself in one at a rehab in Denver. We were not allowed to see or speak to family or outside people. We has harsh disciplines called TOOTHBRUSH people had to walk on they're knees pray out loud and clean baseboards. In the process causing burns on the knees. I want to expose them so bad.

This video helped me understand the group that kicked me out a year ago. I was living with them and i was told i didn't have Holy Spirit and i became homeless for a season of time. I was going through a mixture of not wanting to "lose" them and at the time i was struggling with abandonment and rejection spirit while in denial i allowed myself to get brainwashed into a low key Christain cult for several years. I had so many people warning me they were a cult but i just didn't believe it because i thought they were "true disciples". When i was in the group i felt like we were the "remnants of Christ" and everyone else was the enemy outside the group and we all trama bonded over spiritual abuse from churches we all went to and i had no idea i was bonding with people who didn't approve of church communities. I was told they are all demonic...i still feel weird calling them a cult and i feel more comfortable calling them a religious group because they didn't have "the extreme cases", but i knew something was off... thank you Vlad for this video.

God saved me from this group that was making me try to think like they do and it was very religious. They didn't agree with what God was sharing with me, and they didn't like my repentance because it was exposing others to needing to repent for a wrong mindset... there was a lot of uncomfortable moments, but when I told them the truth their decision was to have me leave because there was one particular person who didn't like I was earnestly repenting of something they still were going through within their personal life, and I was coming out of that wilderness... That's the best answer I can give. I'm better off that God cut them off from me 🙂

I do not feel a need to leave one Christian cult simply to jump into another - for me that is a 'salvation by Jesus' merry go round. I do not feel any evidence of my Original Sin, so I do not believe it, thus I don't need any Saving from it. This video offers some good advice about getting out of a cult, but there is no need to rush into a replacement, driven by one's "neediness." Once out, spend some time getting to know yourself, to appreciate the Self. Introspection, routine work, good diet and rest, journalling and empty-minded meditations will help uncover what areas of your life need attention. You may even find yourself exactly where you need to be, and achieve happiness and life purpose with no cult or religion at all. The 'negative' emotions are not to be suppressed, but rather are signposts, indicating where we need healing. So feel whatever it is that comes up - shame, guilt, rejection, fear, anger, loneliness, etc. Understand that self-blaming and self-punishment keeps us stuck. Know that love and acceptance of self heals, as does constructive thinking and taking action to address issues. Trust your inner wisdom. Do some secular fun stuff. Build friendships. In short, be loving and love being, and that is enough.
Ask the members if the pastor tells them what to do inside their homes. If so, RUN. Pastors have no authority over homes. He only guides and no more. God gave us free will. No pastor can take that away.

Back in Jesus' first coming, there were also several Judaism sects and were they orthodox? Far from it. Jesus was the real deal. Today, Christianity has become like 2000 years ago. The same spirits of the devil are working happily in the traditional churches.
