I've improved myself many points you mentioned and I know what I have to work on now I always try to be extra kind with everyone and have no problem to take blame on me I also get frustrated when I get emotional I can't even remember I've seen my parents talk normally without fighting.... always trying to win over something always making me pick a side in their arguements .... but I've slowly gotten to not give shit about that Sorry for the rant😅

I really needed this video, I've been observing these symptoms inside me for a couple of weeks now. I resonate with most of these points you told in your video. Whenever i feel like standing up for myself i feel like I'm going against everyone and a certain kind of sadness cripples me from inside and i cannot continue defending myself from people for a long period of time, therefore falling back to my old nice guy patterns. My advice to everyone going through this is to start facing that fear and overcome the fear of being judged and isolation. Jyada se jyada kya hoga akele ho jaoge let it be.
