@Tedarius Taylor you can work around that and get a family plan, sure it's more then the normal 4 bucks but it shouldn't be more then a Sony or Xbox monthly sub
Annihilape is also an amazing Pokémon for a playtrough. I used to not like the Mankey line very much but after using Annihilape it's now one of my favourites
Can't you get Flamigo pretty much as soon as you finish the first battle against Arvin? Instead of going to Los Platos go right and there are Flamigo next to the Paldean Wooper pool. No Miraidon/Koraidon needed
Omg I love everything you do. Thank you again for the great video. Have you ever thought about picking 5 pokemon and making a build for them were you show and go in the move sets a little more deeply ??? Thank you again, O and p.s check out polteageist it a crazy sp move pokemon and fun to play in the game
I bought Scarlet 6 days ago and so far I'm using Fuecoco (middle evolution), Gyarados, kirlia, fletchinder, larvitar, and skiploom. I'm probably going to swap skiploom pretty soon but I've been having fun since this is the first mainline game I've played since Gen 4.
I use Gyarados in every Pokémon game, it’s always an absolute monster. I also used Gardevoir and Tyranitar in my Scarlet playthrough, both performed super well
I think you can get Cyclizar at lower levels ive seen it outside of Artazon at like level 18 I didn’t find Rotom until postgame so I didn’t know you can get the Rotom catalogue before then
So i feel toxicroaks a really underrated threat in a playthrough, poison/fighting type with a fairly good move pool. Yeah you get it midway thru the game, but having it for the ghost gym, ice gym, fighting base, fairy base and against the steel elite four and for geeta, hes a good mon to use
The ones on this list I’ve used already (across both versions) are Flamigo, Kilowattrel, Tinkaton, and both Paradox Titans. I can agree that Flamigo is a good speedrun pokemon for a majority of the titans since using low kick can one-shot Klawf and Orthworm, then two-shot their second phases. Then mine also two-shot and three-shot Iron Treads’ phases while being TWELVE levels lower! For Tinkaton, she may have a relatively low bst, but Gigaton Hammer and her overall amazing design made her too good for me to not use. For Kilowattrel, not only is it a strong electric type, but I found it to be the perfect Pokémon for the Let’s Go feature since it can both fly and deal with any pesky water types quickly. Then for the elephants, Iron Treads was great, but Great Tusk is my favorite Pokémon from Gen 9. It was a complete powerhouse throughout the playthrough, and I absolutely love its design. Combine that with elephants being my favorite animal, and the choice was obvious.
2 Pokémon that I remember that weren’t my starter that were devestating was my Talonflame and Good Ol Reliable… Gardevoir (Keeps getting new coverage moves every new gen it seems)
Yeah there are a ton of great mons in these games. Though, Is it just or does it seem as if the majority lean towards physical attack and not special? If so, That makes a big difference and narrows down the herd.
Gyarados has been and will likely always be the best way to set up for success for Pokémon playthroughs, you’re right in that it does feel like cheating for the majority of the game. I’ve used it in every game I’ve ever played lol. Gardevoir is also super good, I used those two with Garchomp, Tyranitar, Meowscarada, and Talonflame
I found a shiny magical in this little pond right before the first town and I couldn't get it because the game wouldn't let me throw a poke ball at it😢
Honestly the game does have some super duper pokemon I love scarlet&violet version it's a very great add to the franchise I think us all trainers will probably agree 👍💯
At this rate, you'll end up completing a series of 40 lists of top 10s of strong pokemon to use in SV because of the redundant topic. Hell, at some point you'll lose count and somehow determine Spidops isn't that half bad, which by that point you'll be too far gone.
Great video as always But Dude. You have to let go with whatever your thing is with pseudo legendarys. With the recent games a person could get a fully evolved or close to fully evolved pseudo legendary pretty early
-Be me -Quit playing at gen 3 -Started SV a few days ago -Got Mew & Hisuian Zoroark -Never used Mew before -Want to test them out -Paldean Pokémon tempt me
You must be the only person on Earth who pronounces it "tear-uh-still-izing" when it's clearly "tuh-ras-till-izing" It's highly annoying. Mispronouncing words just to be different or because that's how you THINK they should be pronounced isn't cool or funny. It's stupid.
