You make sound so glamorous to be Sigma. It's not, as any true Sigma will tell you. We do our best but are often rebuked for not doing more. I NEVER tell anyone I know personally I’m an empath it’s not for many to know.This can be a gift and curse. I’m a liar until it’s true and then I’m evil for guessing correct😂Ive started to get emotionally attached to the storyline and unattached to the people aka vampires . The sad part is society in a whole is the devil’s body and seeing that is enough to stay away. In these times Empaths are like water in a desert. Some I feel wake up to need you.
I can relate exactly to what you say and know exactly how you feel there... I have recently been studying into this sort of content in an effort to better understand people and have recently listened to several articles about Sigma empaths. I had never heard the term before, but it describes me so well its almost creepy!
Don't hide behind their ignorance who you truly are for fear of their opinion. f what they think and also ignorant is a valid [ albeit unremarkable and lazy] trait they can and should be allowed to possess. I think its counter productive trying to wrap yourself into a 'shape' that people find comforting. The only person whos opinion should even be considered is your own. randos online, work colleagues, even sporadic acquaintances don't really exist enough to warrant validation. people closer only do to an extent, and all compared to your own still don't. Real friends and valuable family will not treat you less for it. the rest ..meh
Wuts the crazy thing is we are like water/river in a creek constantly flowing through life sometimes it’s a smooth flow but sometimes it’s a blockage or a “(Beaver Dam)” that holds us back from flowing but we eventually find a opening and get through it may be a little opening but we will use it and in a couple days/weeks/months/years we will knock that dam down and begin to flow again. Especially if u are a water sign sigma empath.
I don't feel that to is as wonderful to be a Sigma Empath as the narrative would make a sigma empath seem. No, being a Sigma Empath is not something I would discuss with my own family. I prefer to let them think i am odd and that nobody can really understand me. (Until watching content from this channel, i used to think nobody ever could or would understand me except my best friend who is a INTP and i believe a Sigma, possibly a Sigma Empath, but i am unsure. ) There are a few things that really stand out in my life that they discuss here. (From what I can find from my own studies, I am A INTJ Sigma Empath Male) I have often been half sarcastically and half seriously called a "seer" (or the people who aren't inclined to poke fun say I have a 6th sense) by friends and acquaintances, because I seem to have a knack at times for accurately predicting what the outcome of something will be. Often I've been mocked for that until my prediction happened, then the people involved just seem astonished! Because of that, I will usually just silently observe and silently have the satisfaction of knowing I was right in my assessments. To me, it often seems obvious what the outcome will be when analyzing a situation, and almost always, I find after the fact that I am right, and it can be puzzling to me why my friends can't see what appears obvious to me. That doesn't mean that I can predict the future of anything or anyone at pleasure... It is just at times I will have a gut feeling about something that would be hard to forsee and then it happens. While I do have a powerful sense of empathy, that is often a greater liability than a blessing. In a perfect world, that can be used to establish strong emotional bonds with people when you share someone else's pain and help them through it. But In practice, almost nobody reciprocates that.. most people simply throw you under the bus when things get tough for you.. I often wish that I could just let my feelings go and pay no attention to them but that is hard to do. For me, I have a hard time getting over the betrayal of a friend or loved one. When I have let someone into my inner circle, have loved and cared for them, have done everything in my power to make their life more pleasant only to have them turn on me, it will take me a long time to move past it all. That doesn't mean that my emotions are just out of control and I am crying the whole time, I have only been moved to tears and cried a very few times in my adult life. I usually wear a poker face and don't let the people around me see what I am feeling inside unless I trusted them completely. If I trust someone, it is usually after a long time vetting them, so when a betrayal happens, it cuts much deeper as a result. All that I have invested in them turned out to be a waste of time and effort. I'll cut this short here as I am out of time to ramble on.

I understand where you're coming from. Your gut tells you to not let others know you're a Sigma Empath. Trust your gut. Being a Sigma Empath, while it can seem like a curse, is also a gift, a tremendous gift. The video is, I think, an attempt to shed some positive light for those that are a victim of narcissistic abuse and are going through the discovery phase of realizing we have special abilities that others don't have, and is of a mindset to embrace this gift.

This makes me feel so good! All my life people in my family have always said that I was different since I was a baby. I've always "known" things. I dont ignore my gut and when I feel confident about something it almost always works out. I've felt so alone and not understood and I thought I would always be that way. Just knowing what to call it helps! Living with this is exhausting and painful sometimes but I know I'm here for a reason if this is why then I can live with that and be happy
Yes, I can relate to that! Although in my case it wasn't cheating, it was that 2 of my closest friends were conspiring against me with each other to take advantage of me in a awful way... yes, the same 2 I dreamed of did do so a short time later although the scenario wasn't exactly as I dreamed but it was very close. 😢

I told my sister to speak to her garden that wouldn't sprout the veges. She did it to mock me, and the whole vege garden sprouted over night. I knew they heard you,but never thought they'd respond that fast. I was right to expect it, and wrong to underestimate it.
I do not know if i am full sigma empath or partial But i have been open minded my whole life in the sense that i am lesd likely to judge but understand but i still judge some things. Also... I have high emotional intelligence in the sense that i can often understand a person's issues. I can look at them and understand the things they go through and try to work my life around the issues of others or feel sad for someone suffering as if that suffering wad my own and absorb energies like if i were to go in hospital with the sick I'd get sad or warch the news and feel someone's pain or the pain of war etc.
sigma infj listening read this.... how do you chose to feel empaty over chosing to shut it off? i let my anger win today and felt a terrified man shit hurt how do i chose empathy before i go to anger?
Just think of how you would feel in their place? How often does someone else's anger toward you affect you? Do you think that they could have handled it better? How? If you answered my last question then that is what you do. I don't know if this helps you but I couldn't leave you dangling. As a Sigma, I'm am not afraid to step up, especially in the name of peace. Prayer is so effective in controlling unwanted behavior (besides everything else that prayer will help with.
One helpful action for me has been to Just imagine myself in their place. That doesn't always work, but if it is because of a mistake they made or maybe a misunderstanding that usually helps me to chill and try to see things from their point of view.(however moronic it may seem) I've found by suppressing hot anger, it usually turns numb or to cold anger and doesn't prompt me to act rashly (although as a child and teenager I had a bad temper and had to learn to control it.) The first thing I do is take a few deep breaths, and at the same time try to clear my mind of all thoughts and emotions for a few seconds... Simple, but for me it is very effective for controlling anger in spur of the moment situations. I immediately put any decisions and actions on hold for at least 5 minutes but more often a few hours or sometimes even days days until I am certain I can handle it without acting in a way that I will regret later. I NEVER speak in the heat of the moment, regardless of the magnitude of the provocation because hard experience has taught me that it is easy to do irreparable harm if I do so. Overcoming anger and rage does take practice and a genuine desire to overcome, but it is definitely achievable for anyone who genuinely wants to. I know from experience. 🙂

Everything speaks not everyone knows what they're saying when i was a kid i kept seeing very clear someone extremely close to me me having a fatal wreck with an 18-wheeler. Fast forward to October 30, 2012. approx 4 pm i had bad feeling in my soul at 8 pm the was Texas state trooper pulled up asked me "Is this Billy Jenkins residence." When i told him yes sir look on his face felt like a gutshot from double barrel 12 gauge
Both are as different as black is from white, one may try to imitate the other but will fail. Narcissists fail at pretending to be empaths because they can´t relate to others , they lack emotions etc. The narcissist will typically make weird erroneous statements, sporadically they show true colors which manifests as a wolf in sheepskin. Empaths can pretend to be narcissists but will experience every bit of pain on the inside from being mean and cold. Much like inhaling the stench from a rotting corpse causes a vomit reaction.
Sigma empaths often think that they may be narcissists because they sometimes find themselves acting and feeling like narcissists. This i attribute to their ability to mirror others behaviour and absorb the emotions of others and many times they dont know they have done it so they confuse the feelings of others with that of their own.
highly sensitive topic take it easy. but i will say you must think about it more deeply to interpret whether your intense feelings with respect to me lead to you wanting to be close to me (because i compulsively behave in a manner that make people feel safe and internalize the pain that it causes me) or rather you actually want to be me. now be very careful about the assumption you make here because this is the crux that is behind many cases of unhealthy and misled envy: if you were to be me you would have to take the entire package and that means your life would essentially revolve around constantly coping with intense internalized pain and anxiety, non stop ruminations and pain. i already told you my only real skill is masking how i feel inside. perhaps what you really want is to have all my "good" qualities but get to keep your own mood (supposedly less tortured than my own), but of course you have no grounds to assume that there is a feasible metaphysical existence of a person who has my externalized qualities together with your own internalized feelings. i am pretty sure that is not really possible or at least not in any straightforward manner that i can imagine because my understanding is that some people find me attractive exactly because they sense my pathological tendencies of being an ultra caretaker on the expense of my own soul and mental wellbeing. of course i am trying to go through the process that is supposed to make me happier more peaceful less in constant pain (by learning to accept myself stop being hard on myself prioritize myself set boundaries so forth) and i don't know how much it would make my personality less attractive but it doesn't matter because when i get there i wouldn't care i would only want to be with that girl and have a few friends whose intentions toward me are not to compulsively take my life energy and throw their anxiety and sins onto me but just legitimately wanting me to be healthy and happy as well. the day you would have such intentions toward me i'm pretty sure i will sense that but i highly doubt that will happen before i go back to my process where i took care of myself and learning how to set my boundaries because many people i had and met in my life who clearly rank higher than you on the morality scale could not help themselves and compulsively converged toward a behavior where they essentially use and abuse me even when i keep repeating out loud that i am seriously hurting inside and that i am falling into a mental breakdown it doesn't matter they can't help themselves. can i go back to my process of taking care of myself please bro? i need to get a job so i can make money so i can get that surgery and breath finally as well as continue to shift my palates so that my jaw wouldn't hit against my teeth when i try to stretch my jaw to the right and one other thing i wish to do i don't want to say yet. all this would take several months and that i can start AFTER i made the money to get it. until i do that i can't start the relationship with that girl because i know it would be the same as before where i feel terrible and eventually she will too i'm pretty sure she is the one i want to be with her already i crave her every morning and night. i simply cannot step into a relationship before i feel confident with myself. that is my imperfection that you are constantly ignoring why can't you see that?
