No way. I just found your channel after wanting to find someone my age that had scoliosis like me. I literally cried watching this. I relate to everything you said! I had a spine fustian 3 years ago and I can still feel my rods it’s hard to do some things still but I’m so glad I have a buddy.
i just found out yesterday that in 5 months i will be getting a partial spinal fusion. the top part of my spine has exceeded 50° and my curve is progressive so the surgery is necessary. since it's only the top idk how much pain I'll be in since the top part of your spine doesn't bend like the bottom part does. thank you for your input on the surgery. This made me feel a lot better.
Thank you so much for your videos, I’m in recovery right now I just got it yesterday and I ended up standing up the first day. Your vids made me brave going into this surgery and I jus want to thank you sm
I’ve had multiple surgeries and the last time I had to poop to leave and couldn’t so I drank the clear fluid stuff that taste like sprite then I drank another one after that the surgeon came in to talk and I told her and she said that wasn’t smart and to have fun on the toilet SHE WAS NOT LYING IT WAS AWFUL but I went lol. I relate so all of this I have 8 plates and 134 screws on my ribs. I need a spinal fusion but at this point I’m like no thanks unless it gets worse to the point my life is miserable
Hii, it really depends on how much of your spine is fused, but personally for me I can't bend almost at all except for the bottom of my spine which isn't fused.
I remember feeling a little squeaking but I think that’s normal. I’m not sure about the water thing though if I were you I would talk to a doctor to make sure what it is.
