I, in fact, am a Sigma INFJ. This personality type is one of the most rare and misunderstood personalities. This video makes several affirmations that are completely erred. I say this not to point out its flaws, rather to say there are fundamental errors in assessment which portray its subtleties wrongly. This in turn, could cause a negative misperception on the part of the viewer. I applaud your attempt at helping to explain our nature but we are actually much deeper, less aggressive and kinder than explained. I unfortunately don't have time here to be specific. I hope you will revisit this vid with a more in depth, future one.

When provoked repeatedly, consistently, by people who seek control through lies and manipulation, abuse, gaslighting, and malicious gossip. Then enough is enough. Even then, the sigma INFJ just calmly points out glaring omissions by people re. taking personal responsibility, and calling out outrageous inconsistencies in their words vs. actions. However those guilty of such provocative behaviour are typically mentally unwell: depressed, anxious, with various forms of complex PTSD, who are absolute masters of denial, so they don't listen, so typically it doesn't change a thing, except you lose another dysfunctional friend. Then you try to reclaim your inner peace whilst the attacks on your reputation are ramped up by those struggling with suppressed guilt and trying unsuccessfully to clear their conscience. The best you can hope for is that their gossipy reputation precedes them, or, that someone chooses to give you the benefit of the doubt simply because the spreader of bad news is just plain nasty.

Ever heard the Expression " Dont poke the Bear?" INFJs never go looking for opposition or people to hurt, but for many reasons you listed, they are often attached by others due to their busied ego or fear of having their negative traits exposed. I wont bow down to bullies and only go on the offensive when attacked. I ignore a lot and often wonder if I was more difficult in the early stages trying to minimise conflict could I have nipped it in the bud before it escalated to full blown psychological war? Some people just can't help themselves and just keep coming, only to their detriment. Even after they humiliate themselves so as I get older I think probably not. One of the reasons I left corporate, i cant stand Narcissisism and Narcissisism rules corporate practice and behaviour!

So i have a mixed mind ..people think infj’s are oppressors bc we obliterate people when we are provoked but they dont give us any credit for going out of our way to avoid conflict .. o one ever imagines that an infj is doing a service for people everywhere who are minding their business ….to make a person suffer for disturbing someone who is minding their business and regret bothering anyone ever who is minding their business ?
@@mariagordanier3404 people take advantage of that and sometimes we just get tired of having the thoughts and decide to empty our cup a little bit and they get mad when they get splashed …maybe it’s hard for people to imagine that we are so emotionally complex bc we dont often share unless we feel it is in the flow of building or learning .. people are so used to the idea of someone being emotionally needy when they express themselves ..i think even when we express ourselves its still a journey for us
I have to disagree that the Sigma INFJ believes the greater good is only for the deserving. That's a contradiction. However I would concede that as a Sigma INFJ I stop caring about individuals who actively earn a nondeserving status in my mind. There's probably a better word for that. It's similar to the difference between not liking being neutral while disliking is actively not liking. To be nondeserving of good, I feel that a person has to have earned that negative position by being despicable. Everyone else should partake in the greater good, and perhaps those few individuals should as well but I no longer wish to electrify one more synapse on their behalf. I feel you also greatly overstate dominance. That too, I feel, contradicts the Sigma. While it may appear to others as such, it is not the mindset of the Sigma.
About INFJ's not seeing narcissists as a threat:If a guy is a true narcissist he is NOT a threat.He gets his power from being non threatening the way a kitten or a puppy does.

Their understanding, their value to the rest of humanity, their intrinsic worth. The phrase 'doesn't care' could never apply to me or other true people no matter their personality typing. In the war on evil this remark about not caring stinks of propaganda. Sowing seeds of doubt upon the true upholders of justice. You have a great responsibility as a person in your position. You have impressionable minds following you. The things that you say have impact. Your words have power. Power to enlighten and power to cloud minds. Your intent is not clear to those that are not solid in their identity. They can easily be misled into confusion. You tell them that some people are best at caring for others needs, even above their own. And then you turn around and and say that they don't care about something? That is describing the opposition. Hypocrisy. False faces. Alterior motives. You really put such little though on the power of words and how to properly use them? What their true purpose is? Will I cause damage if I say this? Does this go over as intended? The power to change the world for the better lies in words. So does world destruction. Which side are you on? At this point I can't tell for certain. But I won't give any power to my enemy. And my enemy is untruth. If you are with the forces of Truth be loyal. Or be cast out as a mole. May you let God guide you in all that you do. Amen
At work, my boss always interrupts me when I'm making good progress on projects, with superfluous requests. Does that make me a Sigma? It pisses me off. I wonder!
We don't get violent, that's a "when needed" response. One of our key attributes is the avoidance of toxic people who would cause that type of response

INFJs are born, but the sigmas are made; they're - at least in my case - made due to bad experiences with people, and these experiences are utilized as a means of self-discovery. I've had many run-ins with toxic people, but it helped open my eyes as to who I truly am inside because I was far less inclined to go out of my way to please others for the simple sake of being accepted. As bad as those experiences were, I honestly can say that I don't fully regret them. I've always genuinely cared about others, but I refuse to light myself on fire to keep other people around me warm. However, in order to "turn sigma," you usually have to have a certain personality type; the INFJ is among them.

I have a hard time believing this video, where did you pull this information? Maybe this video is about one type of INFJ Sigma. I doubt all sigma INFJ have these traits. I do not know about the sigma categorizations, but early on in my childhood I discovered I could easily manipulate people to get what I want so I tried to not do that as I believe highly in people's right for freedom and to choose their own way. Just because an INFJ can do some of this does not mean they will as there is more going on in their brain regarding doing what is best for people. I don't think an INFJ would want to break someone or embaris someone coldly.
