acne doesn't come from foods, it's a thing that's caused naturally by puberty and it's a natural process due to your skin getting oiler, there is no such thing as getting acne from the diet you eat or what food you consume. food literally doesn't do anything much more then provide different nutrition to your body. skin care is extremely important, you make it valid. but don't start telling gullible people that acne is preventing them from living a healthy life. you could get a girlfriend 10x better without having acne but it is possible to get a girlfriend when you have acne, I've seen it happen and it's not rare.
