I am a third year law student and I remember In my first year I failed 2 courses... I can't believe it because I worked hard in this courses but still I failed, I was very disappointed in myself. After the results I thought of just quitting and do other things. But I didn't. I kept on fighting and here I am in my third year... Just a year remaining to finish my studies. I'm cybersecurity student and I wasn't ready for taking certification exam but I pass some class I take from community college but I know the goal is to pass in order get a dream job but this year I am getting certification so I can get a better job, after next course I am going for certificate degree and then associate
growing up I was always the top student in all my classes but for the last 3 years my grades have dropped way too much I started failing most of my classes but now I am slowly starting to improve myself

We've all sinned like lying, stealing, using God's name in place of a cuss word, and looking with lust. We all deserve judgement. Yet Jesus suffered and bled and died on a cross for ALL of our sins, and he offers us eternal life if we'll simply repent and trust in him for our salvation!
As a 13 year old, what he says about ‘If you don’t challenge yourself, you’re going to struggle when faced with more demanding situations in the real world’ does feel more like a truth I need to hear more rather than one that’s difficult to hear. School isn’t difficult for me by any means, but I don’t try to challenge myself often in academics, and with high school next year I probably should. All of this knowledge that I gain won’t mean anything if I don’t have the experience to lead a meaningful adult life.
As someone who just turned 16, I cannot agree more, I never was the studious type, and I could always do a quick cram session the night before a test and end up fine. However, I’ve been trying to fix this (still working on it), and while it’s weird at first, the earlier you start working on pushing yourself, the better prepared you’ll be.

I’m sad but not depressed, I hate the high school I’m going to and I don’t think I can switch. I can’t stop thinking about my future because I’m split between everything. I saw the most beautiful girl on the internet, but for some reason it makes me sad because it makes me believe I won’t find someone like her. I don’t really want to leave my old friends at my high school either. I have important tests coming up and I feel like I forgot everything that I have learnt. They all hit me at the same time like a semi truck. I have to trust gods plan but I feel too weak to handle the path.

I guess he means that when we fail we learn more and therefore use what we had learned from our failures as to know what to avoid and what to do instead next time. But really all this is just his advice and you and i dont need to actually adhere to it
@copei9854 I've watched a podcast with him on it and he was talking about how he started a business selling suits. And that it was failing really badly. But he still decided to push on with it and we'll he got lucky enough because eventually it succeeded but from the viewers perspective I think most of us in his shoes would have just quit. So I guess basically what I'm asking is when should one throw in the towel according to Jose?
