Anyone thinking about any corrective eye surgery please research corneal neuralgia or neuropathic ocular pain from LASIK. It doesn't matter if it's the best doctor in the world that is performing the surgery. It all depends on how your eyes will heal. There's no doctor in the world can be predicted how your eyes are going to heal after LASIK. When getting corrective surgery they literally sever the most sensitive nerves in your entire body, which is your cornea. There's a chance that your nerves will not heal back correctly even though you are a perfect candidate. Damaged nerves causes corneal neuralgia. Something you do not want to experience. It's a life-altering complication. Please anybody thinking about corrective eye surgery PLEASE do your research on what can happen. Corrective eye clinics barely brush over complications.

This is the best video I have watched till date about lasik surgery. Everyone talks about the basics, tests, cost, precautions in general but the way respected sir has summed up all about lasik experience in these 10 points is truly commendable 👏🏼💯 He is not here speaking like a HR person from the hospital (who btw too could tell one all about the basics of the procedure just how you see in other videos over the internet) but like a true professional specialist that he is. He is out here guiding, counselling & imparting knowledge which should be the primary aim of any session- whether in videos or in reality. The best things I learned are about neuroadaptivity & neuro plasticity, and also about orthoptic exercises !! Hatts of to you sir for being so transparent yet so optimistic ! This is the kind of a doctor, every patient would want to seek treatment from and, every med student aspires to become like. Huge Respect Sir 🙌🏼

It's a permanent vision correction procedure, most people will have clear vision for life after surgery. However everyone is different and you might get presbyopia as u get older.

Did you recommend your patients to use prednisolone eyedrops and if you did for how long..My lasik surgeon wanted me to use prednisolone eyedrops for 3 months and I told him the drops was making my eye blurry and when I did research the info said to use prednisolone eyedrops for only 1 week..
