We have stayed here several times. Great description of the property. Our only downside is that they only have 2 bedrooms. No lockoffs.

Very true. Only 2 and 3 bedroom units. I think the issue with lock offs would be the lack of parking given more keyed units. Thanks for watching!

We arrived today and we are on the 18th floor. So far we really like the resort. The breeze on the balcony is amazing and the balcony is 24 feet long.

Great reviews. I love how detailed you are. I live on the West Coast so, nice to see all the places in Florida in detail. Florida might be the easiest trade for me to make with my replacement week in II so I'm watching all your videos.

Great video. Times of year to go, How the ocean current is and some great places to eat would have been a good additions

Thanks for sharing this video. Do you have a preference on which tower is better, sunrise or sunset?

We much prefer the sunrise tower. Especially if you only have an oceanside unit. The units facing north in both buildings may be better as the views to the south are blocked by the new Amerit towers. Thanks for watching!

Are the balconies private or can you see your neighbors?

It depends. The oceanfront balconies are mostly private but the ocean view balconies would not be. You can see a video of the oceanview balcony here (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cp7rOwGAUGk.htmlsi=AgEkGnhww-8nyQ_z&t=116) and at the mark it starts you can easily see into the other balconies. Here is a video of an oceanfront balcony (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NQmpdbf5Ai8.htmlsi=D6b6HpWdiZXh8fFe). This was a corner unit that wraps around, so you can see a bit of the ocean view balcony beside it, but as long as you sit facing the ocean you won't see anyone else. @@DestinationTimeshare thank you. I love your videos. I worked with a girl who was in interval and I got several vacations to ocean pointe and Beachplace Towers. I really enjoyed the singer island area. Maybe someday I will get to visit again.

@@sabrinamills That's Riviera Beach. Sketchy by day....dangerous by night. It's a tough neighborhood all the way around.

I love this resort. I tend to overlook the negatives here, I guess to me the biggest negative is that new Amarit resort next door and that's not the Marriott resorts fault, but that place has been under construction for a long time and has been so noisy for a long time now. That is definitely going to block the rest of the sun over the other pool. Other than that, for me the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. I actually like that the pool is shaded cause this Florida girl has skin cancer so I don't want to get too much sun. The staff here is top notch, it's like a boutique resort for sure.
