+Aaron Briggs Not really since there's a chance she will like you more than her last partner, therefore invalidating her "promise". Just like many people say they will not love again, or will never stop loving X person after they die, but then get in love again...shit happens people change, and with that change emotions go away.
+Aaron Briggs In case you don't know, you can find her by doing whatever companions repeatable quest you have at the moment, then checking the map for the quest giver of the next one. It will point you to Farkas, Vilkas, and Aela, so all you have to do is check the three locations (or, more likely, the one that isn't Jorrvaskr) to find her wherever she ended up. That's why Aela (and the other two) are the best marriage option in Skyrim: they can't abandon you.
nessesaryschoolthing this was when i was playing on ps3. i tried that and she didn't show up. I looked it up and there is a known ps3 bug where she'll disappear from the game
Yeah, in my game Aela's "secret" relationship wasn't so subtle. The were standing at opposite ends of the dining hall loudly talking about how they should be more discreet. Everyone heard.
And if you talk to General Tullius back in Solitude after that, you'll get a short convo bit from him where he sounds like he's gained a little bit of respect and love for Skyrim and its people.
The fact that the Imperial City had an entire district dedicated to Talos, God of Men, shows that not only Nords are fond of him ... Is just that those brute are too stubburn and stupid to compromise. Nords actually worshiped Talos even after the White-Gold Concordat, Alvor the Riverwood Blacksmith tells you about it. The Empire didn't gave a shizle about it, untill " Ulfric and his "Sons of Skyrim" started agitating about it, and sure enough the Emperor had to crack down. Dragging people off in the middle of the night ..." Even Sybille Stentor, a Breton and Imperial, says "Because even if we can't openly worship him, Talos the god was once Tiber Septim the man, and this is his Empire." So fuck Ulfric and his so called rebellion, it's just lust for power!
TheJediDoctor nobody should ever compromise on their beliefs. Nords are a proud people and would rather die than to submit or even pretend to submit to the Thalmor. That does not make them stupid. You can maybe argue misguided and short sighted but not stupid.
It's never actually confirmed that Skjor and Aela are lovers. You catch rumors here and there that they meet up at night, and if you eavesdrop on the two talking, Skjor will suggest they be more discreet with what they're doing and Kodlak doesn't approve, while Aela asserts that they aren't doing anything wrong. But when you read journals, advance the questline and talk to members of the Circle, you find out that their secret romps at night are actually them hunting in werewolf form. They keep it secret because it's forbidden knowledge outside of the Circle, and they try to hide it from Kodlak and the brothers because thise three resist the call of the hunt and generally refuse to take werewolf form unless it's an emergency. They were clearly very close, and it's quite possible they were lovers, but all of the gossip about them being intimate actually traces back to their secret hunts.
This seems more likely, When 2 people cant resist an urge, they naturally grow close to Express that urge. In a clan that tells you To suppress something that comes to you naturally, Youd most definitely want to find some else who can help you "take it out of your system".
lol I do have these, just look it up on steam workshop if you use legal version, search for Marriable Serana and Northwind Hall ( if you dont mind a few regular dragon attacks, because that house is near a dragon burial site ).
Mammoth Tusk lady in Whiterun is generally always my wife. Time to pickpocket the revealing clothes and give them to her. When the remaster drops, of course.
+HORRIOR There's a mod on nexus that makes lots of available vanilla NPCs marriageable if you do their quest/favor. Can't remember what it's called right now. Anyway, you could just cheat, as well.
+HORRIOR Maybe there was the plain to add to the game a way to become High King and a quest that involved fighting a daedric prince or helping him and defending your wife or something... Such a shame they didn't include any of that in a DLC. Too many complicated consequences maybe...
In all honesty, I think the Stormcloaks are desperate enough to resort to accepted help from a Daedric Prince. There is a shrine to Boethiah in Eastmarch and Ulfric is traitorous and ambitious, and "murdered" the High King and began a revolution, Just pointing that out. Oh, and Boethiah is totally Lorkhans 1# fan. Possibly taking on his visage from time to time. We known Boethiah doesn't like Orcs and doesn't like Altmer, so, the Stormcloaks could really be pawns of Boethiah, if not the Thalmor.
Sheogorath Gaming Oh I agree, Ulfric challenged Torygg, but used the thu'um to essentially knock him on his back, then pierced his heart with his sword, according to Ulfric no less. A honorable man would allow his opponent to pick up his sword, nor would he resort to such a cowardly trick. Ulfric didn't want a fair fight, he wanted a symbol. In that sense, Ulfric is an outlaw, a barbarian, clinging to a Skyrim that has long since passed.
Another fact: Lydia actually has the animations of a man. She walks a little more like a man, you can see it even clearer if you get a mod that changes how women walk.
2016 and im still play this game everyday... it's just so good... cant believe it was made in 2011. Just bought a house, came back to riverwood to adopt the girl but dont see her ;~; She's so poor
+ACr Fear It's brilliant isn't it? And to think, it's being remastered so I'll have more hours, days and even weeks of fun like I used to when I first bought the game
There is a quest where you get Braith to stop bullying Lars and he says the same thing if you kill her so it was most probably a way to complete the quest
Official Shandor you can also get a letter from him where he literally thanks you for "killing" braith. But i think that's a thing that can happen to a lot of characters
+Guaxininja it's the mods we are talking about haha thing is that YOU GET A THANK YOU NOTE as if bethesda wanted the modders to make a mod to kill children xD
Haha. Intros can be pretty obnoxious. Especially the ones that are like, "Hey! Blah blah here. Here to do this for you today!" Or intros where they keep going on and on and you just want them to get on with it already.
So the human-trafficking sex trade was meant to be in Skyrim, but was taken out. Obviously, it's because people would complain and get the game taken off the shelves. But it's interesting to know this because it is conducive to the "Iron Age" in our real history. The sex trade was one of the richest industries during those times; along with the spice, drugs, and wine trades.
It was awkward for my last character when he married Aela... only for Skjor to come back to life and return to business as usual a few months later. Which is apparently a fairly common glitch.
@@TrufanNW NPCs can have a flag which causes them to respawn periodically, every in-game month or so. This is usually used only for generic rather than named NPCs, for obvious reasons, but I'd guess Skjor must have been mistakenly flagged by the programmers to respawn.
You gotta marry Aela if you're a werewolf. For the werewolf sex, of course! Liked for showings me some things I actually didn't know after over a thousand hours, mate.
She also has REALLY suggestive dialogue with one of the guys she hangs out with at the inn. The one that stands out in my mind was the one that involved licking honey or something. She has a large jar of honey in her room to support this.
Bethesda: "Ok guys for the next Skyrim DLC we have to appeal to our audience via a companion" Creative Director: " Lets make the most beautiful character in Skyrim, and then lets troll our loyal fans by Not letting them marry her" Bethesda: "Excellent!" WHY THE F*CK WOULD YOU DO THAT?! SHE IS ALMOST PERFECT (should have purple eyes, though😁) AND TROLLING IS NOT COOL FROM YOU! I EXPECTED BETTER!
Shawn CJX Yeah we are married since 2012 and everything is cool,at the beginning we saw Skjors ghost in Jorvaskr but later they released a patch and he disappeared for ever.
Will still forever resent Bethesda for not allowing us to marry Serana... Just one of those things we all wanted by the devs just said "Fuck off". Yay for Skyrim PC mods!
#8 Also something very interesting is the fact that his mother Bolar and his aunt Yatul killed Chief Mauhulakh's wifes, to have him for themselves.Their graves can be found, up a hill behind the longhouse. You can read the uesp article on Yatul. www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Yatul . I always kill them in my playthrough, to free Chief Mauhulakh from their clutches. #1Boethiah's Bidding This would have been a second quest given to you by Boethiah, after you complete Boethiah's Calling and become her champion. You would have had to assassinate the Jarl of Solitude, Elisif the Fair using stealth, deceit and guile. However, as Elisif is essential even after the quest is started, there is no way to kill her. Unused dialogue implies that Erikur would have replaced her as jarl, and that he played a part in her murder. Dialogue found in the Creation Kit also indicates that after Elisif's death, Erikur would pardon you for the act, as a reparation for the political favor. #Bonus: The Whispering Door Several elements in the Creation Kit seem to indicate that a portion of the quest was omitted from the final game - it appears that Jarl Balgruuf's children were supposed to fall under Mephala's influence one by one, culminating in them killing Balgruuf in an act of patricide. It seems that his brother Hrongar would have replaced him as Jarl upon death, given that he has unused dialogue mirroring Balgruuf's for several quests, and some citizens of Whiterun, like Ulfberth War-Bear having unused dialogue referring to Hrongar as Jarl. If you liked my comment, please upvote for others to enjoy. All the above information was taken from the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages website.
On my save Serana went to go cure herself of Sanguire Vampiris although when she came back she still had orange eyes and Vampiric Drain. I am SO sad now!
To be fair there aren't any actual waifu materials in Skyrim. Ysolda seemed to be the only "normal" option ( Soft feminine voice and personality , good character model , and pleasant default clothes) until you find out she's a drug leader and you go :(
+Captain Lobo You should also do a fetch quest for them before so they like you, then only after you can use the amulet. Mammoth tusk is hard to get in the real world but maybe a bone would be enough.
Abhineet Soren go to the temple of Mara in riften talk to the hooded priest then wear the amulet and marry a bitch by either doing a quest for her or hiring a female or male character
I thought sapphire's father was the smith in raven Rock in the dragonborn dlc? And after you do stuff for him he gives you a letter to give to her? Unless I'm mistaken idk
I married jarl Elisif the fair by using mods, and I killed Titus Mede the second to get his close and then I crafted the jagged crown to assure I was high king
Sapphires real name is sapphire, there is a book about her in the game. At least based on what I found playing through the game. Her uncle is delvin. Her father is glover Mallory.
You find a note addressed to Sapphire in Glover Mallory's basement in Solsthiem which he unlocks for you to take whatever when you bring him the bonemold formula. It basically says that he fell in love with someone and had her but was missing his old life and left them, only to return later on and find their village burned down with his wife dead and Sapphire missing, presumably taken by the bandits that attacked. You can give this note to her and she thanks you and gives you a unique sapphire gem.
I murdered Sapphire because I got so mad at her when I first met her. It started with me punching her a few times and eventually I killed her. I had help from the dude you can hire in the same town LOL.
He was wrong about her being in the dark brotherhood. He got her mixed up with Cynric another thieves guild member. There's no mention or reference to her ever being in the DB
FredlsGodly: And thats why i never give like to on Rhexx videos !!! He never do his job so good, he don't do his homework well !!! Thanks for your information
***** oh i'll get her a cure and she will be mine hue hue hue hue SHe will never meet Skjoll (or whatever the fuck his name is) again MWaHaHaaaHAaaa *Aela waifu intensifies*
Bradley Ekhodiahi I love Aela! I really like Serana, but you can't marry her... of course there's the first marriageable woman (and the first one I married in many different playthroughs) - Camilla Valerius. But still... Aela and her sideboob ftw!
it doesnt have to be ancient, but it does have to have a certain age to earn the title 'classic'. cars, for example have to be atleast 32 years old to be a classic.
interesting that the title "fall from glory" would spell out the last name mallory but then you're left with ffrogl... and one could see why she would go by sapphire.
Be glad all you needed to become a vampire lord is a bite on the neck and a tutorial, lol. Getting it the hard way (giggity) would make the House of Horrors sidequest a bit awkward.
DiMMM I'll take slightly reduced ginger powers and an intact rectum over full hot topic employee powers and Molag Bal rape anyday. I mean, Lord Bal is a cool dude, he gave me a mace, a house, and a priest to bludgeon. But I'm not THAT kind of adventurer.
King Derner Cousland In this case, it was probably cut because a lot of extra lines and scripts would have to be made before Skyrim was released, and its release date wasn't very far away. There was even supposed to be an arena in Skyrim, but that got cut as well. But yeah, not being able to kill children is stupid as Hell. Good thing there are mods for that.
I met grelod the kind... i stayed my blade.... i gave her a second chance... then the quest came to my attention... i slaughtered her infront of the kids... they cheered and called me a hero
Does Grelod the Kind survive any playthrough without dying regardless of your moral standing. I always kill her no matter what playstyle i go with just as a service to Riften and ophans everywhere.
I married Mjoll the Lioness, and now Aerin is always around Hjerim, telling me about how worried Mjoll is because the city gets to her. Everytime I try to kill him, Mjoll becomes very dissapointed in me. I should've just married Aela or Ysolda.
Sodium Chloride I killed aerin I had mjoll follow me you have to get her sword too do that but after that I made her wait outside their house and I went In and killed his bitch ass and she didn't know I did it
Kubo Edgeworth thats because number 10 is bullshit. its not true at all. if you listen carefuly to the conversations between Aela and Natja (I believe thats her name) she saids that nothing happens. so nothig to worry about.
weird, jarl ravencrone she looks like a hagraven, few more years n she'll probably turn into one, I mean just look at that old face, and also the name. crone means old woman vicous and disagreeable, raven is just the bird like appearance maybe has another meaning and finaly hag pretty much means the same as crone but more along the lines as witch.
Bethesda really should've taken more time developing _Skyrim_ - quality over quantity. *EDIT :* I am so tired of repeating myself. Read the conversation. I am not hating on it. I am however saying that more time equals more content and better quality. The end.
+Balomew Uuuhhh, you DO realize what a colossal effort it is to make games like this, right? Seriously, even with Bethesda's HUGE pool of resources, budget and staff, and Todd Howard's perfectionism it takes years to make a new TES/Fallout, so seriously, get a grip with your expectations and demands. Skyrim is a damn fine game, seeing as how people are STILL playing and modding it actively, and it rightfully won pretty damn near all the GOTY-awards in 2011 despite coming out so late in the year. Besides, what the ever-so-whiny people seem to ALSO be forgetting, is that the actual life-span of this game is supposed to be around 50-500 hours, before you get bored of it. Skyrim has exceeded that expectation about... A few thousand hours, varying from player-to-player, and NOW people want to nit-pick at it? Hah! That's rich.
RuSosan Right off the bat, you're assuming that a stranger is a whiny, nitpicking, and ignorant gamer based on eleven written words. I'll go over this piece by piece so you understand. Here are some facts about me before you make yourself sound more whiny, nitpicking, and ignorant: *1.* As a creative writing major and top student, I look up to video-game developers - writers, level designers, graphics, you name it. I have a lot of respect for these people and what they do. I dare to dream (something that will never come true) that I will, in the future, work my way up to becoming a video-game writer. *2.* Partially due to my respect for video-game developers, but also because I am a gamer that favors open-world roleplay, I encourage but _do not expect_ quality over quantity, especially where writing and time is concerned. Video-games mark the work of a large team of amazing individuals who, without given thanks, give us these vehicles of entertainment. I didn't say that Skyrim was a bad game. I enjoy it a lot - enough to feel comfortable claiming that it is my most favorite current video-game in my possession. You claim that I am nitpicking at this wonderful game, but I'm not. I'm not nitpicking at the team or the great work that they're completed in two years of hard work. I'm not _demanding_ a better game. I am, however, stating that I personally believe that quality in video-games is more "important" than quantity. Seriously, please get a hold of yourself. I'm not going at anyone's throat here. I love Bethesda, Skyrim, and many others. My main hobby, post-by-post roleplaying, DEPENDS on Skyrim! Just because I said that I believe that they should've taken more time with it to enhance the quantity (therefore including aspects of the game not included in the games _we_ play because they couldn't be added in time). First Last Nice name. Skyrim was my introduction to the TES series. I own Oblivion and Morrowind as well, but I haven't played Morrowind yet and haven't played nearly as much Oblivion as I have Skyrim. In general, to both of you and especially RuSosan (also a nice name!), I've never gotten so much out of a game I bought on a whim. It's popular for a reason. My writing has developed well because of Skyrim. I wouldn't have been me without Skyrim or met the people I have. The _ONLY THING_ I'm saying is that I encourage quantity over quality, including Skyrim - more time helps build up more quantity. That's literally all I was saying. It's an opinion with some possible logic tied to it, that's all. I see where RuSosan misunderstood me, but I don't like people flying at my throat even if they don't get what I meant. Nobody does.
Karl Herzog You must be very disappointed in your life to stoop to such a pathetic level. I had hoped for a more inspiring "fuck you" than a phrase so often used that it is no longer has the effect of a proper insult. Ah, the glorious RU-vid comments section. The wonders, the wonders..
If anyone has a mature response, please speak up. Open-minded discussions are preferable over.. well, over what usually happens in the RU-vid comments section.
Balomew Aye, 'twould seem indeed I misunderstood your meaning, but to be fair, 'twas awfully hard to figure out right from those few words. If anything, it was easy to draw the conclusions I did. You can't expect people to draw accurate conclusions if your message is lacking in detail. I can't read your mind, after all. Your initial comment also had a claim in it, meaning "Bethesda really should've taken more time in developing Skyrim." which, when left like that, without further elaboration, does make it seem like you'd be unhappy with the game, and it also makes it seem like you'd be unaware of the fact that the game was already in development for a loooong time by the industry's standard, and that making games costs a lot of money. Plenty of people like this around now, complaining and nit-picking at Skyrim, even calling it a crappy game because exploring Skyrim isn't as fun as it was about 2500+ gaming-hours ago. I am off course very glad that this was not the case regarding you. Well if we are to discuss writing, quality etc. we seem to largely agree. However, "quality over quantity" isn't always correct either, atleast in story-writing. For example, *Mount & Blade:Warband* is an awesome game, even though it has practically no "main plot" or actual goals for the player. The upcoming *Mount & Blade:Bannerlord* is a game I'm waiting most of all at this time. The thing is, that the player gets to make up the story, whether you want to become an emperor, a king, a count/duke or whatever and serve a king, or if you want to be a bandit or something. For some, that just doesn't work. I am also highly critical about the certain cliches that are used in games overall, for example, I highly question the necessity of a "main plot", which usually is "save the world". My ideal TES-game at the moment would take place in High Rock, where you would have some questlines, sure, some bigger, and some very minor, but no "event x/y will destroy everything and YOU have to stop it."-stuff forced on your character's profile. Already, many people played Skyrim without ever proceeding in the main plot far enough to get the dragons to start appearing. For example, I'd welcome a lot more focus into something else than the eternal generic dungeon-crawling. Also, regarding the dungeons, they could cut the amount in half for this game, but make them somewhat bigger and more detailed and unique, and include more traps and decent puzzles. It would be much more interesting (for me) to have a setting where High Rock is in sort of a political turmoil, maybe after the great war in fourth era, multiple factions with differing ideals and methods vying for control, like the current king, some Thalmor-representatives (puppet-king maybe, or a greedy count?), maybe someone who represents powerful merchants and their "guild" in the area and is solely driven by the idea of profit, and utilizes orc-mercenaries, or someone who (according to his/her words) stands up "for the people", all sorts of possible options, and you could choose one among them and start the politics-/war-game to get to the top with them and instill their ideals over High Rock, or none, and just stay solo and indifferent if you so want, and just let them fight it out themselves while you focus on other things (Which would mean that you'd have the option to "End" questlines in the quest-menu instead of them remaining in that eternal limbo just waiting for you to complete them.), and then the quest would resolve itself in some way, like a pre-decided/randomized one of the factions winning, or in more minor cases, some npc dying off/getting killed if you weren't there to help them for free. There's also no point in having as may potential followers as Skyrim did. Cut their amount in half too, but make them more personable and add more story/character behind these guys. And there definitely should be more detailed focus on the "down-time" of an adventurer's life, meaning you could actually get drunk and gamble, visit brothels, fist-fight, maybe run your own store/business (brothel...), build your own house/run a farm, all that good stuff. Some of these aspects are in TES, but nowhere near the level of detail/immersion I'd like them to be. For example, Heathfire's house-building is ok, even though it's heavily pre-determined, but what REALLY bothers me is that the houses/manors, built in the middle of the wilderness, have no defense-structures, and you have way too few guards for them. (Housecarl+steward+potential wife/husband?) Agh, I'm gonna stop or I'll be typing this rabble-babble all evening. xD
It's true. You can get her to tell you about it in game. Not in extreme detail of course but she pretty much tells you straight out that's what happened.
Hi dude, i love how you create videos about skyrim that we dont even think before when we play like this, interesting stuff to watch and makes it appreciate the game more.
1:19 hang on, don't you mean "scrapped"? Alright, I watched the whole thing. Lad must be an ESL speaker. You rarely see people mispronouncing words as *other* words all the time though. Good show.
I was looking for this answer - Alva is, to my knowledge, the only character who wears this dress that you can kill and loot it from with no consequences (Laid to Rest)
Aela and Skjor weren't together, If you listen to all of their ambient dialogue, it's clear that the player is initially supposed to think that, but after proceeding further in the questline, you realize that they were hunting the silver hand together. That's what I really think it is.
Liars Retreat offers the female Dragonborn a set of Taverncloths from the dead barmaid. Only way to get one without killing the wearer, she is alredy dead when you enter.. And when doing the quest in Markarth confronting the silverbloods about the King in Rags, there is also a lady wearing tavern clothes and she dies in the fiht, if you are quick enough, you can loot her body before you are sent to the mine, to complete the quest.
Sapphire's last name is Mallory? Like, Delvin Mallory who's also a member of the Thieves Guild? Also, Delvin used to have a relationship with Astrid before she married Arbjorn, and Sapphire was part of the Dark Brotherhood, which means...Sapphire is the daughter of Delvin Mallory and Astrid!!!!!!!!!
Nope, in the Dragonborn DLC, you meet a blacksmith called Glover Malory, who is Delvin's brother. Do all his quests and he gives you the key to his basement, which has a note for Sapphire: He is her father, meaning that Delvin'l is her uncle. Talking with sapphire about her family/past/whatever results in her revealing she lived on a farm for some of her life, and that when bandits raided it and took her family hostage, she killed the bandits and left.
This also rules out Astrid being the mother, as most of Sapphire's family were killed at that farm, apart from Delvin (who was unaware of Sapphire being his niece), herself (obviously) and Glover (who left the farm after getting Sapphire's mother pregnant because he was too ashamed to stay).
+YoshiGamingVideos no they killed her family and kept her as a prize and violated her, until she gained their trust, waited for them to fall asleep and then slit their throats. and liked the killing probably, so joined the dark brotherhood. kinda like astrid
...I think most everyone knew that tidbit about Serana. Honestly, I think Bethesda just gave her that whole "I'm afraid of temples" backstory nonsense just to tease us, or because they were lazy.
Whoa, a video without a fucking intro to waste precious seconds? I already like you, have all my thumbs up~! *Throws an abundance of severed thumbs all spatially locked to face upwards in great disregard to gravity or balance*
