Being a lawyer is more time consuming than it is difficult. As long as you can identify facts and try and do research into previous cases with similar circumstances you're half way there.
I had the sense that her case was... terrible... but I didn't see any clips of it until I saw it was *so* terrible, MaximBady covered some of it. I find this level of ineptness impressive.

She was a good actress, not as good as people hyped her up to be, but sadly being a good actress and being a good woman or smart woman are not the same thing... also notice all her defense was mainly women, she would have stood better chance if she got some expensive male lawyer with actual lawyer skills. ..
The fact that her lawyers are trying to say Johnny's witnesses are only testifying on his behalf is because he pays them makes no sense, because he has some of Amber's people testifying on his behalf too. Amber was their boss, yet they are testifying against her. It tells you a hole lot that everyone is so loyal to Johnny for so long. Amber cannot get anyone to work for her longer than a year or two.
Plus he paid for a hell of a lot of things for amber and her friends. Even gave them places to live. And they’re not testifying on his behalf. So their argument absolutely makes no sense, just as u said haha. ☺️✌️
So glad you pointed out how Mr. Rottenborn is always finishing his sentences with “Correct?“ or “Right?” Instead of just saying, “Did this happen?” or something. This is literally leading the witness in full play 🤦♀️
Usually it's done for example to get known information on the record and to ascertain that they admit under oath to knowing a certain fact. What's baffling is that at this point (trial) the lawyers already should pretty much KNOW what a witness would say to the questions.
A woman has bruises: "What happened?" "I walked into a door". "Yeah, right. I won't buy that. I will go report your husband for beating you". A man has bruises: "What happened?". "My wife beats me". "Yeah right, whimp. I don't buy that. You walked into a door. Your wife better leave you in the dirt".
Wooo let’s go. This case is a dumpster fire!!!! Most people were on the side of them being both toxic. So was I, but now after all the witnesses and testimony it’s become very clear Johnny was pushed, taunted, and emasculated into being toxic. The guy gave that woman the world snd he even tried to protect her reputation. Her final form of abuse was to ruin his career. The bald guy with the beard is hilarious and sweet btw.
I my humble opinion, the Psychologist is amazingly beautiful, obviously highly intelligent, and has a great sense of humour. She, not Miss Heard, should get the role in the next Aquaman movie. What do you guys think?
Remember school only makes you knowledgeable in the field you want to achieve. It doesn't make you smart. But yes they would make it seems law school is easy, I wouldn't know

Yeah, it's a stupid line of questioning considering both sides have expert witnesses that they are paying. The jury will have to figure out which expert seems more credible. Should be an easy win for Dr. Curry.
I've been following this case since it began and I'm starting to feel like maybe amber heard lawyers are trying to make Johnny win cus they are failing so so bad, at this point I feel like they're weakening the opposition to Johnny Depp
They have no case at all. Reverse the roles and there wouldn't even be a trial to begin with. It's insane she is even sitting here and not in jail after all the evidence leveled against her.

Btw, not that it matters, but Depp is also Scottish and Irish (with a bit of German, and French). At 5:45 she is asking about whether there would be a court case if the expert did something, or didn't. This is not in anyway a question that anyone else, other than the lawyers, can answer.

That's what you should do in court or deposition, only reply yes or no. And if you don't remember the EXACT time answer with a : "Somewhere between January 1st till December 31" 🤣
LOL that was funny... this whole case is a joke. Straight out the gate, AH immediately testifies she wrote the Op-ed. I think the whole trial should be done now with that admission of guilt. Since the trial is about the fact she wrote the op-ed to continue her defamation of JD. With all this new information out, that even the jury can't listen to, it is VERY clear, who the aggressor and abuser was, and it certainly, WAS NOT, JD.
Well u know the defense didn't call in Amber's makeup artist because her testimony would hurt Amber and HELP JOHNNY. because in her written deposition she wrote she NEVER EVER send any bruises, marks, etc on Amber so I'm curious why??? JOHNNYS SIDE DIDNT GET HER AS A WITNESS!!
