10 TIPS on how to start your fitness journey | Hey friends and welcome back to the first episode of our fitness content/diaries/journey! In this video, I wanted to create a helpful guide on how you can start your fitness journey with these 10 helpful tips based on my own personal experiences. I fell in love with the gym three years ago and I love having a gym routine (i.e., hybrid training - running, weight lifting), signing up for runs/tough mudder and so Josh and I wanted to share more in-depth about our fitness journey with this first episode - we wish we knew these 10 helpful tips when we first started our journey but we hope to inspire/teach others on their own fitness journey.
