I think that Dalton will do quite well, He has THEE BEST teacher in the world, and that is one RON PRATT !!! I envy Dalton in that he is training and working for such a fine family business!! I wished I was 45 years younger and that I had better legs, so I could apply to MIDWEST to get a job but that is not possible for me at this time (too old) but I can ALWAYS WATCH your videos sir, wishing you, your family and employees and Dalton the very best!!! signed, respectfully ----------- John Bellas

I've been watching one of the other YT towing channels - they have lots of interesting problem lifts/tows, but your channel has much better explanation and commentary. You are a superior teacher, both for your workers and for your viewers.

Ron is an excellent instructor. Notice how he doesn't just say do this - do that, he gives the reason behind why it's done a certain way. And Dalton is just soaking it all in. I love how he's not afraid to jump in and work. It seems like Dalton will fit right with Ron and the rest of the team. I actually think no experience is going to work in his favor, no bad habits to break. Good luck to Dalton, you have an amazing opportunity here.

love that Dalton asked questions, heeded advice and had his head in the game. Knew what you wanted when you were to the light bar moment. all you asked was "What's next?" and he went for the light bar on his own. missed the door he needed but he knew it was the light bar you wanted. So suggests he was at least aware of that part of the process. I have a feeling he'll soon be one of your top operators.

If there is any lead time before you go retrieve your unit see if there is a video on hand similar to the one you're going to get. Review it. It gives you a heads up on how to do your job. Watch one, do one, teach one. Best OJT tool in the box. Enjoy the day.

You are amazing. You walk 25 feet to the cab and pull forward turn the wheel a little and back up and you just pulled a maneuver ,"No biggy" that made me do a double take. You just moved over a inch and a half, I have to put a jack under the pig on my Impala to get that kind of accuracy.
