Lauzon must have had issues with his knee long before putting the sock on, much like Aspinall did for years before blowing his knee out inside 13 seconds V Blaydes.

Had a similar thing happen to my knee that happened to Joe Lauzon's on July 4th last year. Bucket handle tear in the meniscus, knee completely locked up and had to wait to have surgery because of the holiday. Absolutely miserable experience
lol 5:35 that’s me! Never got my damn stuff from him either. Was told to talk to Joe Silva & to beat ANOTHER UFC vet and I’d be in, did it, STILL wasn’t let in! Was out on TUF 22 instead & taken out a week before my fight for having anime on my IG. Man should give me a job like he did Nina at this point how much they played me!
You forgot the craziest part about Joe Lauzon, the next day he said somebody made a comment on his Instagram that he had the same thing happen and it’s rly easy to fix and sent him a RU-vid link, which Joe watched and it fixed his knee immediately haha
I was at UFC 129 with my brother and sister-in-law, we saw Buffer limping out and wondered what happen and talked about it. Still remember reading about it later on because it didn't look like he did anything.

You're really reaching to fill time with the sock injury story. The injury had nothing to do with the socks or the act of putting them on. His knee simply snapped out, which could have happened while doing anything- even walking.
I know the Buffer's are legendary so I'm not hating on them, how could anyone hate on them anyway, but it drives me a little crazy they've made a ton of money simply talking. That's it. Saying someone's name loudly. I know there's the presentation to it and the voice but I'm pretty confident most people with a little bit of practice could manage it pretty decent. I'm fully confident I could. But all us suckers are out here WORKING working making fractions of what they make...... for yelling names on TV. Again, no hate..... Envy sure, why not.....
