This is random and idk if it’s just me but I’d like to see the ufc do a royal rumble 😂😂😂 one for each weight class. Ufc would make crazy money, there would be crazy bets and the fans would be happy. Sounds like a win win as long as no one dies😂
Bisping V Rockhold 2? Bispings eye Injury getting worse Rockhold seen as the new unstoppable force Bisping a 10-1 underdog Two weeks notice Ageing Bisping In retrospect how is that fight not in the top 5 at least? Those stakes for Bisping were massive. On the flip side, huge for Luke too as he was seen as the new shiny unbeatable toy.
I think it may not be on the list bc Rockhold was such a massive favorite with Bisping on short notice and how dominant Luke was at that point in his career.
Not to mention zero out of cage controversies very respectful no ped scandals no criminal record nothing but wholesomeness ouside the cage and nothing but savage ability in the cage one of the best to ever do it imo
If Izzy beats Alex where does he stand in the UFC? And if he loses will that be a detriment to his legacy? Can’t wait to see it. I can see scenarios where both fighters win but I’m putting my money (not a lot) on the Champ.
Problem is if Alex loses. Dana probably gonna give him a revenge. Not right away but if he fights another few fighters I’m sure he would want to continue this feud. This whole storyline is amazing for ppv
I would probably put Usman/Edwards 2 at #1. The win streaks, the time it took for Leon to fight him, the chance to surpass Silva in undefeated wins, P4P status.... I mean c'mon!
Not disagreeing with you in terms of "purist" mma standards, but those two simply aren't big enough draws/fan favorites to be ranked #1 here. That's the whole reason it took so long for Edwards to get a title shot in the first place, and Usman has never been a PPV star or particularly popular with the fans. Plus there's no personal beef between them which always adds to the storyline and interest from casuals
Thumbs up will provide good karma? I have been liking these videos for years and never once has anyone from MMA On Point ever returned the favor on anything of mine. Gonna just go ahead and say Bayliun is lying about the good karma bit...
I hate to sound like the biggest mma casual but why don't i get the "Frankie Olivera" joke? Is it cuz they're both always counted out going into a match and underdogs to many eyes? Or was is just a mistake (typo) by MMA On Point?
@@chon9527 it was because they said something like the champ has a name (which Charlie olives said alot when he got his belt taken away for missing weight₩
@@tomwarwick6416 Thanks for the clarity. I felt dumb for missing the punchline. I was doing the "Pepe Silvia" meme from Always Sunny In Philadelphia trying to get to the bottom of this joke. Cheers, mate.
@@ishan8491 the second round was even till izzy wobbled Alex but like how the 3rd round was pretty even till alex ko’d izzy the hole fight wasn’t a beating there was one big scare in the second but it was a beating, Izzy was winning but wasnt battering Alex.
Like the comments are saying Lesnar vs Mir Bisping vs Rockhold Olivera vs Miller Shamrock vs Gracie The list goes on. You could of done another video on this subject. Keep up the entertaining content.
I can't believe Overeem is the literal definition of a Glass Cannon for how huge he is. True statement of "Big for nothing" Chuck Lidell - KO'd him through his guard at Pride 2003 Silva - Ko'd him while he was standing against the cage. Travis Brown - wild out on him. Rothwell - Made him eat Fists on Sunday Special Miocic - Gave him Lunch Box sized Fists. Ngannou - Made overeem jump out of his theoretical socks with how hard he hit him with that uppercut.
The $250,000 bet at the Pride tournament is something that I see everyone getting wrong. Dana bet that if Chuck met Wanderlei in the finals, then Chuck would win. He didn't bet on Chuck to beat Rampage, he didn't bet on Chuck to win the tournament. This is literally in the DVD commentary of the event where they interview Dana while the event is going on.
Technically. If he bet that chuck would beat Silva in the finals, he did bet that Chuck would win the tournament, right? Against Wanderlei only, but beating him "in the finals" means he wins the tournament.
@@ReallyStrongGuy Sure. But there still would exist a possibility that Chuck would win the tournament and not get to face Wanderlei, therefore having no bet in place. I get what you're saying, but the bet was "our best guy can beat your best guy" essentially. Dana had believe Wanderlei was an easier match up for Chuck.
Either Izzy holds him off for 5 rounds or they heavy go for it ( a think they will) n dnt be kidder n am no an Izzy fan either one cld ko either. Izzy destroyed him second fight but gt that left. He ckd also be scared that left n get kod hope so be Amazing 3 belts in a row change Edwards, Islam, perreeia. Lw ww mw all changed that surley be a 1 n only 3 UFC. In a row 3 belt changes ??
The UFC dine n Dana done what WWE n Vince done they 2 n trump prob the only 3 guys that could do this. Makes me worry for UFC in a decade ior 2. Thought same wae WWE but hhh shldbe took the reigns a decade ago
If u look at distins record he dosemt get enough credit Eddie twice max twice conner twice gathe jst that is legend he beats chandler n imagine he then beat fkn Islam be a movie story he's beat the best continually at there peaks aswell no one talks abt it tho. N chandler clearly a Dana boy lol
@@champ1159 It's about a cold war between human-colonized Mars and a United Earth over newly discovered Alien tech. It's great. It's a bit like Game of Thrones in Space, I actually found out because George RR Martin recommended it.
I don't know about Baliyun, but in the US people tend to pronounce Brazilan (and Portuguese) names like they're Spanish because of all the Central American immigrants in the country. Unfortunately even then they gets things like n and ñ confused.
People were actually hyped about Liddell vs Horn? I was a little disgusted how obvious it was ufc was trying to give their guy a defense. The guy had been fighting mostly at middleweight when he randomly gets signed just to fight Liddell for the title. Wins his next fights and he's gone for 3 years
