It's so weird to hear people saying that if you're under 21, you can't enter a club in the US. While were I live everyone starts going to the club at 15/16 and you drink alcohol at 18. We don't hav3 any strict rules about drinkig alcohol so the majority just start drinking at like 14 years old. There's even some clubs who has these teens nights where 13+ year old kids can go the club. Edit: Sorry for my english. It's my third language.

I’ve struggled with anxiety for my entire life too, and I didn’t know what it was until I was about 12 and my normal day consists of 2+ panic attacks that ultimately led to my failed suicide attempt at 21 and I spent 6 weeks in a psych hospital this past summer. Since then I’ve been on medication despite my hatred for taking pills, but while I was there I learned a bunch of distraction techniques that anyone can use for anxiety or panic attacks, so I thought I should share them with you in case you see this and want to try some for yourself. 1) deep breathing: this one I know is gonna be hard to do especially when you’re in the middle of an anxiety attack but it’s honestly the best option. Since all the symptoms of anxiety are because of your breathing, just try your best to slow it down and take deeper and deeper breathes as time goes on until you’ve calmed down. 2) box breathing: this is kinda the same but it also takes your mind off of it by counting as well as breathing. You breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, breathe out for 4 seconds, and then hold for 4 seconds and it calms your body down and by counting it gets your mind off of racing thoughts and the symptoms you’re feeling. 3) ABC Game: pick a random category like shoe brands lol or something and go through the alphabet by that category ex. I’m not good with shoes so I’ll do fruit lmao but A-Apple B-banana C-cantaloupe etc 4) serial 7’s: count backwards from 100 by 7. Since it’s an odd number you’ll have to think about it to figure out what number comes next, and if that’s too easy, go from 500 or 1000 or even pick a random number and you’ll be so busy with that you’ll forget about your anxiety 5) Grounding: this ones pretty simple, you just put your mind and attention into what’s happening right now and you start pointing out things you see and saying them. So right now I’m in my room, so I’d say “I have a red jacket, a black and white towel, my walls are off white, my backpack is dark grey, etc. and just keep doing that until you stop thinking about your symptoms. 6) progressive muscle relaxation: you can do this pretty much anywhere but the best results will come if you’re in a place you’re comfortable with flexing your biceps lol so you start at your toes, squeeze your toes for 3 seconds, let it go for 3 seconds and repeat 3 times, squeezing a little harder each time, then you move to the next muscle which can be your ankles, do the same thing, then your calves, then your knees, and your thighs and then your butt etc until you get to your forehead and your whole body will feel so much more relaxed and less tense if that’s a symptom you usually feel. 7) Holding ice: this is by far the best remedy for me because my panic attacks often raise my body temperature and I live in Hawaii, so it’s also already pretty hot here which doesn’t help. So get an ice pack or a bag of ice or something and either hold it in your hands, hold it against your chest, on the back of your neck, or wherever you feel like you need it and that will shock your body to cool you down and bring you down from an anxiety or panic attack 8) take a cold shower: this is the exact same thing as the ice but better to do if you have access to a shower in that moment. This shocks your whole body at once and brings you down a lot quicker 9) this isn’t necessarily for anxiety but it’s for anyone reading this who self harms: I saw this on tumblr a while ago (lol) but I honestly think it works. So if you have the urge to hurt yourself or cut yourself, grab a pen or a marker or something and draw something cool or beautiful in the place you want to hurt. You don’t even have to know how to draw to do this just try it out and if it works then you can get in the habit of doing that instead of hurting yourself. I couldn’t draw at all at first but I did it so much I ended up learning and teaching myself how to draw mandalas and stuff like that If anyone read this I’m sorry it was long but I hope it helps someone out :)

For the lazy eye, try trimming the false lashes a bit, only the lash that you apply on that eye. Leave the other one how it is. When you apply the trim lash, try applying it more on the middle of the eye and avoid applying towards the outer corner of the eye. If it makes since.
