TONS of people actively collecting Switch right now and I predict in a couple years half as many collections and collectors of Switch will exist. The temptation to sell them for cash will lead to many copies of "rare" Switch games hitting the market and prices for most of these games will be cheaper than they are now.
I honestly think the Switch will end up being one of if not the most collected for console in the future. The number of systems sold and the variety of newer and older games will make it sought after imo.
@@stevecraigretrogames it's intuitive to think that way, but the truth is that the concept of collecting rare games for current gen or "not retro" games is very new to video game collecting. When star wars figures were being made for collectors in the 90s and comic books with limited prints and special collectible covers were made, most people thought that they'd be worth a fortune in the future. I think people will be shocked at how cheap Switch games will get.
@@allenantonio4389 depends on how much people are willing to sell it for and how much people are willing to pay for it. Many factors go into the equation.
Trying to find that outlast bundle is crazy 😭 super expensive! Also the Blasphemous deluxe edition is definitely the one to play over the limited run version, its the more complete version. I aso got the Korean Breath of the wild dlc expansion, basically the same as yours but is English on the cover art but i definitely need the mario kart one in my collection. Some serious bangers you showed us right here!
Outlast is super expensive for the Switch! Blasphemous is fantastic and more people should check it out. Happy to hear you picked up BOTW with DLC as well. Hope you pick up Mario Kart too. I appreciate the kind words!
great pics! for your collector information. Mario kart 8 has a revision 002 that has the final track set on cart but its going to be hard, find but it exist. same with Pokémon scarlet and violet. the Japanese copies that have a revision 003 or higher have both dlc on cart. I bought my violet form amazon japan but its a gamble because there's no way of telling what you have until you open it.

The Legend of Zelda - Breath of the Wild and Super Mario 3D collection are the best in my book. The Switch games i´m looking forward to are: The Legend of Zelda - Echoes of Widom Donkey Kong Country Return HD and Metroid Prime 4
I’m excited for Echoes of Wisom as well and will be picking that up day one! Same with Metroid Prime 4 but already own DKC Returns so not so excited for that one.
Good list of games man. I have a few Switch games. Mainly Mario games and Zelda. I started playing souls like games. Man they are all difficult and challenging. Great video man love your content. Do you own Call of Juarez: Gunslingers? I think it’s only on the Switch physically.

Souls games can definitely be much to get into. Very difficult type of games but gratifying when you do well in them! 😂 Guns & Spurs 1 is a classic, you never played it?! 🤣
Is there a blasphemous combo pack coming or am I making that up?? I kind of want to get that. I've never played either one. We got lucky and picked up salt and sanctuary a few years ago for dirt cheap. Still haven't played it yet though lol😂

Of course, I'm just making fun of your OCD 🤣! I agree with all of your picks besides the Outlast duo. There are so many ways to play those 2 that I don't think they will become as pricey as any of the other games you've mentioned! Thanks Dan! Haha I’m waiting for a game to arrive before I do my pickups video! You can play Outlast on other platforms but it’s pretty rare on the Switch. Being able to play it on the go is a bonus. Void Bastards is a blast. I’ve put 20 to 30 hours into that game and love it. Guns & Spurs 2 is a hoot! So silly it’s fun if you ask me but do your own research before you buy. The price of the outlast bundle on the switch is insane! And only ever seems to be going up, even 1 or 2 buying them as a single game is pricey.... unfortunately for me I left it too late and didn't bite the bullet fast enough and can't justify paying around £300 so just had to go digital 😭🤣
Steve Craig Retro Games, coincidentally Breath Of The Wild was my VERY FIRST Switch game I had bought digitally, plus with the dlc's from Amazon! I have beaten both modes entirely and completed the dlc's as well. The only aspect I regret having done though is having collected ALL 900 korok seeds TWICE in having to hear that "Yahaha, twee-hee" 1800 FRIGGIN' TIMES🤦🤦🤦!!
@@stevecraigretrogames yeah as far as the perseverance goes! Plus it's utterly exhilarating of a monumental relief upon collecting the last 10-20 of the Korok seeds. I used the Breath Companion App as a guide to help keep track of the korok seeds I collected. Started at Hyrule Castle, then the rest of Central Region, Great Plateau, Gerudo Wastelands, Gerudo Desert & Highlands, and worked my way around clockwise in finishing up by Lake Hylia & just east of The Plateau region. Plus Breath Of The Wild was sort of a therapeutic remedy to help me break out of my Ocarina Of Time rut I was stuck in with an obsession to say the least!
I’ve never played it and don’t currently own it so I honestly couldn’t tell you. Been so long since I watched any gameplay for it that I don’t remember.
