Symptoms present do not always indicate CKD or end stage kidney disease. May be due to other reasons also.Foamy urine is mainly due to dehydration,metalic taste may be due to dental problems, swelling on lower extremities due to high level of uric acid and anemia due to iron deficiency. Therefore, blood tests ,namely, kft along with above symptoms can only make sure whether a patient is suffering from CKD or not.
