i'm very excited to read this book. i've had high blood pressure since my 20's. which made no sense to me. i was in perfect health with 3 hrs daily of running, karate and weight lifting. didn't smoke and only drank on the w/es. i've never been overweight and i've always eaten healthy. 😢 i've always just taken my daily pill and went on my way, but now i'm very concerned about it cuz i can't get it down. it hovers around 150/100 to 188/120. i take 2 different kinds of bp meds. and it doesn't seem to make much difference whether i do or don't. some days i just don't take them and i say what's the point? i hope this book can make a difference. thank you so so much for this book and what u do. i subscribed. 🙂 stella oh and btw, i'm almost 72 so it's been a long time w this. only by the grace of God i'm still here.

I don’t smoke and don’t drink alcohol absolutely 💯 but enjoy salt food and this resulted in my high blood 🩸 pressure and that’s the problem because now I don’t like eating though I enjoy fruit. Is it right to have a mainly fruit diet. Thanks.

You will consume too much sugar. Try eating more vegetables. I too eat salty foods giving me elevated diastolic pressure so I am trying to eat more veggies.

It is recommended to eat high fiber, vitamin-rich foods supplemented by fruits. Reduce the consumption of foods high in salt and sodium.

Ingrid great videos as usual Do you feel that 128-80 is acceptable for a 53 year old? My cardiologist says its fine, had a normal ekg, echocardiogram, ziopatch heart monitor. I eat healthy, and walk 35 minutes a day, and do weight training 3x a wee Thank you Michael

BP differs from person to person 150/45 is allowed for age old people. Don't terrorise the general public with the weapons of Pharmaceuticals.😮food habits, sleep, physical excercise, meditation, walk and talk...would do.😮

Also, Celtic salt can lower BP because of magnesium in it I was 140/90 for awhile Then, came down to 135/86 by eating more leafy greens I took Celtic salt to hydrate, yet, it brought my BP to 126/79... I'm 65
