Welcome to the Healthy Blood Pressure youtube channel! My name is David Frey. I'm from Houston, Texas and I suffer from a disease called Polycystic Kidney and Liver Disease, which causes high blood pressure. Because of my high blood pressure, I have to eat carefully and take care of my health. So I created this channel to help educate others all about high blood pressure and how to control it. If you have a friend or family member, who suffers from high blood pressure, please share some of my videos with them. Thank you for subscribing! David Frey
Bendiciones hno. Oscar.

Which arm should you use, your strong arm? coffee? sugar? traffic road rage? lot of water, having to pee? Does not the heat raise bp too or wear a jacket? what does Meth do to the BP? Weed? Is sunshine good for BP? What does BP do when we sleep?
30 years ago it was 100 plus your age for systolic. I remember my 50 year old father delighted that he was 140/90. He drove my mother mad saying he had the blood pressure of a 40 year old and the waistline of a 30 year old after a check-up. These days doctors would have him popping pills
Amlodipine is the worst, my legs swelled up+ I had severe legs cramps at night made me scream blue murder. I had to get acupuncture treatments to take the excess fluid out+ take of the pain...so, never again I will take amlodipine.
Thank you fro the information… sarpagandha vati has always been believed to be amazing for lowering blood pressure. Also you can add arjun capules by planet Ayurveda to tap the cause of high BP.
All this drives me crazy, I think all of this blood pressure treatments are from bad science, good for big pharmaceutical companies..Since the heart is not a pump and it's the blood that drives the pulse, its all wrong. We are electric beings surrounded by all forms of bad electricity, including all internet frequencies. No wonder half the world is on blood pressure medications..some very bright scientists need to break away from Rockefellers medical theories and do real science on human bodies.
I suffer from anxiety and my blood pressure it was very high i am.a young man but now i am.taking pills for anxiety and high blood pressure i am better and to pray helps a lot ❤❤❤
Someone in the medical field ran a study/researching. That patients over 55/65, are proned to having elevated blood pressure levels. And that's okay... as long as it doesn't... increase over... 140/85-90, 150/90. (Thereabouts) Maybe a possible warning of concern. Some people's blood pressures are at this level and their doctors do not panic. Especially if the patient is older. There are other doctors prescribing blood pressure meds for patients with blood pressures, 130/85.🤔 Some of these medical people are not keeping up with the studies. Regarding, geriatrics or Maybe their... concerns are about writing up... prescriptions.
I know nobody is perfect. But the medical field and or science has time and time again changed their decisions on some pretty important health issues! This is why I don't have a lot of faith in the health care industry!
"The benefits of stringently maintaining your BP at 120 may not be worth the physical, mental, or emotional costs and sacrifices. When you compare that process with the benefits of lowering the side effects of strong medication, it just might not be worth it." My thoughts exactly. Food is medicine; pharmaceuticals are toxins.
