10 Ways to DEAL and HEAL your ANXIETY and PANIC ATTACKS

🗣️ Let’s talk about on how to heal anxiety by accepting it instead of rejecting it.
❗These are my 10 TECHNIQUES to HEAL ANXIETY:
1️⃣When having a panic attack, shutdown your mind and connect with your body through touch. Focus all your thoughts into the sensation of physical touch.
2️⃣Meditate. Meditation is helpful in reducing daily anxiety levels but it is especially useful to practice the state of “not thinking” that helps with stopping a panic attack.
3️⃣What are you thinking when you have anxiety? Write down your thoughts that lead you to feel anxious and even to a panic attack. Try to notice a pattern when you see one.
4️⃣Get slowly comfortable with feeling the emotions that these thought patterns bring to you. Slowly get comfortable with feeling worry and fear.
5️⃣Create safety. You create safety by slowly feeling comfortable with uncomfortable emotions. You create safety by slowing connecting to your body. You create safety when you realize that all intense emotions are momentary. You create safety when you realize that your state of mind it’s different from what is happening in reality.
6️⃣When was the first time? Feeling the anxiety and asking yourself: When was the first time that I ever felt this? And feeling the emotions that this question brings to your body.
7️⃣Draw your emotions. Feel your emotion and visualize it. Draw it and give it love by giving it words of affirmations, giving yourself a hug, and asking the emotion “What can I do for you? How can I help you?” and doing it for yourself.
8️⃣Express daily how you feel unfiltered. Write down or say out loud exactly how you feel, without restricting it.
9️⃣Write in one side your anxious thoughts and write on the other side the reality of your life. This is not to bring shame to your emotions, your emotions are always VALID. This is to bring you a sense of safety in feeling your emotions while knowing that world is a safe place.
🔟Recognize your power. Write down all your qualities and strengthens. Write down how you overcame your most difficult moments and be proud of yourself.
❤️‍🩹It’s all about accepting yourself fully in any stage of life, not trying to reject it or escape it.
