So Ryan makes a serious video with real tips on some subject or other while Brittany turns into the comedienne, maybe even channelling her super confident alter ego with a wig or something to show she’s a different personality. Struggling with the posture from long hours on computer desk. In petite so the back brace is to big. Any other tools that are helpful to sit up and with shoulder back?
I started Crossfit-like workouts about 4 years ago. My posture is world's better. I never thought of the fact it probably has a lot to do with strengthening those muscle areas you mentioned!

I see the large sunglasses made into the video. I used to not be very confident. I think you get more confidence as you age. I don’t have an alter ego. I don’t need one. I’m not afraid to say what I think. Sometimes that isn’t good. As pointed out by my husband. But it hasn’t stopped me yet. This was very informative. And Ryan is a great actor too. I loved the wig on him.
I loved these tips! All great. I do disagree with the “Sorry for being late” though. It’s rude and if you’re late then you should be sorry. Maybe another example would work better here. Overall great video! 👍🏼
Thank you, lovely video. Fab tips. When it comes to hair I highly recommend getting layers put in when trying a new style, if your not sure about getting something different or changing length then just a few layers can make such a difference

I used to be absolutely paralyzed by shyness. It was debilitating. Then some thing frightening happened… A friend asked me to officiate her daughters wedding. I panicked but I did it! Since then I’ve gone on to officiate many weddings I am absolutely not shy anymore. I put myself out there all the time! By doing a lot of the things that you suggested. Since you mentioned mom being brutally honest I guess moms are like that, my mom is that one persona that tells you the truth without you even asking, so I already know what I may need to change according to her hahaha, we tell her that she has no filters, we even gave her some coffee filters as a joke for Christmas!
