A query on CGT for NRI. I understand NRI need to pay CGT in advance (buyer pays it and that amount is deducted from sale price). But in case there is no capital gain then we can straight away proceed with sales, is that correct ?
Hi sir, I am an NRI and wanting to sell my car here in India. If somebody purchased it then how can I take that money in my account. If they give me cheque then only way to accept it through NRO account. Will TDS/TCS be applied on this type of sale at the source or tax implications on it? Thanks for helping!
