I have never thought othat to use clubs that way... 😂 If you add activities only with music you can have a band which is really fun cause very sim play a different instrument and they don't play the same song but somehow people like them! It's very funny! 🤣🤣
I use the club system for friends of my child/teen sims. I will add both ages as requirements. I will also use it for family get togethers for siblings. and sometimes I use it for dating. filter unmarried sims and choose from the pool.
It's such a good tool for dating! I used to always find myself trying to hook my Sim up with someone else who was already married, but not realizing that until it was a little too late. Now with the clubs I know that they're deffo single
There's also a mod to prevent NPC club members from harvesting your garden on MTS. My garden club also feeds and hugs the chickens!(select be friendly to animals in club dialog). The butler works much better when you change traits like clumsy with MCCC and is free with the free services reward. The best thing to do is make some families with the right traits, like Dance Machine for a dancing club.
Recently bought Get Together and I have to say that it’s probably one of the best packs! We get so much! The club system is useful, we get cafés, woohoo bushes, closets, diving boards, etc! Plus it has surprisingly good CAS 🤷🏻 Edit: I forgot to mention that Windenburg is MASSIVE
One kind of themed club is a game development studio with the hangout at place where it could work, the activities I recommend are programming and gaming but you can add others you see fit like music making
Hi, I'm a bit confused right now. Is it possible to set the duration in the club settings? And you have to go to the club meeting with the kids from the household, right? So you probably won't raise them, right? Only if all the equipment would be at home and it would take place at home...🤔
When your own Sim is the club leader you can start and stop meetings at will. Children go on their own unless the parent is also a club member. Gatherings can be at the current lot or at the selected club house. When there's no equipment for the club activity, club members will just chat and hang around.
Expansions are on sale right now and im trying to decided which 3 to buy right now I'm thinking Get Together, Seasons, and the third im not sure. Hard decision
I always make a club for my couple so that if they live together, they can still do things together exclusively. #rallythetroups. I also make a club for the family so when they go about together, they get boosts. I love the kids being confident because they're hanging out with their parents and vice versa. If my main Sim makes friends, their clique is a club. Any sims I want to share interests I make into a club especially celebrities, comedians, artists, actors, certain other co-wotker types and students. This video is a great idea. It made me think of new kinds of clubs, and ways to tweak my usual ones.
You can have a club for your friends and whenever you wanna get together you can change the activities based on their hobbies and the place they go today. Maybe one day the friend club goes to the pool, or the bar, or the bowling area, or hiking. Or to a movie night. Maybe each time they go for a hobby of another club member. Have fun with it.
I neglected the clubs at first, but now not having The Real Vampires, Les Theatre Des Vampires and Blood on the Dance Floor swarming most social lots would be plain wired
I love so much the clubs feature. Usually I use them for keeping my sims friends and close relatives togheter. On the other hand last year I had fun creating a custom savefile for myself and I experimented a lot with the clubs: I created clubs for several activities and hobbies, and focused on differents age groups, demographics and abities. So I had clubs like the one made of elder womans to meet and gossip, clubs for teen nerds, clubs for young partanimals, I made that the gardening club spawn only if a communal space is turned in a communal garden, and made an handiness clubs that spawn only if an atelier Is built. I also made clubs based on careers so that sims can know their coworkers and have a boss (this work better with the semi-active and freelancer ones since you can build their workplace and set It up as their meeting location). I also attempted to create an active school by building It and se it up as the meeting place for school clubs and people in the teaching career. Last but not least I had this idea of using the clubs to "program" some NPCs. Basically the idea was that since I had so many clubs with specific demographics, why not use that to give more personality to the community lots? So I did things like that at the cafe spawn the club of the old ladies that go there to drink coffe and gossip, or that at the nightclubs spawn the club of Don Lotario and and other romantic sims to flirt and dance, or that the single male adults meet at the bars to drink juice.
I'm also doing the same thing for my custom save! It's really helpful to make the world seem more alive when clubs have community lots set as their clib location. I've kept that in mind while downloading & renovating lots. It's especially useful for multifunctional lots. I can have it set so there's a club that does activities associated with each building on one lot and it's a blast. And like just about everything I have a couple mods that add to the experience by changing club size, activities, custom icons/traits, and the wealth levels. I definitely use the club feature more than any other in the sims 4!
