I feel like I'm one of the few people here who genuinely enjoyed Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn. It's not a masterpiece by any means (although it wasn't really meant to be one), but it certainly can be a fun and enjoyable game, depending on your tastes or how particularly picky you are about certain types of games. Sure a lot of the jokes were stupid, but I think that was intentional, like it was meant to be stupid and over the top in a ridiculously fun way. I thought the crude and satire humor was done decently to say the least, and I actually got quite a few good laughs from all the times the game made fun of controversial celebrities such as Donald Trump, Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian etc, you can't tell me at least 1 of them didn't make you laugh (unless you haven't played the game). To me the game felt a lot like a parody movie similar to Spaceballs or Austin Powers, maybe not as good as those, but still entertaining enough to fit in the same area IMO. As far from perfect as the game is, I appreciate and enjoy it for what it is. I think we can all agree that it's WAY better than the old Shaq Fu (just like the trailer promised it would be), that's for certain!

"the use of humour, irony, exaggeration, or ridicule to expose and criticize people's stupidity or vices, particularly in the context of contemporary politics and other topical issues."

I can understand playing super seducer to have a good old cringe with a mate or smthn but I honestly can’t understand how anyone could actually enjoy an uncomfortable interactive movie that plays out like some weird teenage boys fantasy that would be more at home on the cdi. Like do whatever you want with your own money but surely there are better ways to use it?

Shaq Fu Returns was mildly amusing and not the worst beatemup have ever played. Also Shaq himself said he does not care what critics think of his game; he only cares what his kids think of his game, and they apparently enjoyed it.

Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn should've been replaced with Fallout 76, now that's a game that actually truly deserves to be on this list.

@@wyzeguy6 Math is irrelevant to the actual quality and playability of the game itself. Also FYI Fallout 76 had an overall score of 2.5 on Metacritic in its launch year of 2018. It's only higher now because the game got patches over the last 4 years, similarly to No Man's Sky. But that doesn't change the fact that Fallout 76 is objectively one of the worst games of 2018, and its Metacritic score was much lower in 2018 as well.

@@trollunderthebridge8696 I'm not saying it doesn't deserve a place on this list. As a huge Fallout fan, the state of 76 at launch absolutely broke my heart and I really tried to like it. Perhaps an honourable mention just for the absolute grandiose way it fell out of the gate would have been in order. (If you haven't seen the Vidiots stream of them trying to log into the game for 2 hours, I cannot recommend it enough!)

It feels like they made the story and then just got rid of the voices. No one acts like Dane is deaf in the slightest, they even talk to him when he is not looking at them.

Huh, I feel like The Quiet Man could be an interesting premise if it's done well. Above all, a third-person perspective seems like it does a disservice to that design since it means that even though the character's supposedly deaf, they basically get eyes in the back of their head and can 'see' enemies coming up behind them anyway. First-person's probably the way to go to help sell the 'no sound' aspect, as a start?

Not even close. It averaged in the 50s. I think it's because too many reviewers didn't want to piss off Bethesda.

@@DamnedSilly Have you seen the game's Metacritic score when it came out in 2018? It was literally 2.5 based on over 5300 reviews at one point. Don't believe me? Just look up "The Fall of 76" by Internet Historian, if you haven't already seen it.

Fallout 76's Metacritic score was significantly lower in its launch year of 2018, and it's only higher now because the game got patches over the last 4 years, similarly to No Man's Sky. But that doesn't change the fact that Fallout 76 was a terrible game at launch, and is objectively one of the worst games of 2018!

@@trollunderthebridge8696 C'mon, the highest game on this list was in the 30s. Everybody panned 76 when it came out but it still netted an average higher than that. Reviewers would complain about everything then still give it 6/10 like IGN did.

@@rottytopszombiewaifu5249 Yeah... that's 2.5 out of 5 or (do the math) 50%. Way higher than anything on this list. That's the _user_ rating, not the critic rating they use here (though that was only a fraction better) but also over 50%.

I quite enjoyed Jaboody Show’s play through of Super Seducer. Can’t rate a game one of the worst of the year because of how much enjoyment it has given me; albeit watching someone else play and talk about it. I may have a different opinion playing it myself. The point of the game is to not be sexist. To not objectify women. Doing so means you chose wrong.

Super Seducer could go absolutely nuts. From threatening the lives of women and their families, to aiming missiles at Internet Personalities. On the plus side, you get to blow up ProJared (who is in my suggestions for some reason).

I once read about "The Quiet Man" that you have to beat it once to unlock audio, so you can hear everything in the game and thus clarifiying the events of the story. Apparently though no reviewer ever has played it to the end, not to mention a second time.
