Nah, he can still pull it together if he just consistently releases music. Most real purrp fans actually liked Florida Jit a lot so I think that people will still listen to him beyond this. Especially since the freestyle on tim westwood is from 2019
@@baker8981 it's not concrete but it's certainly not been a good year for Purpp plus his multicoloured hair and dating Noah Cyrus for publicity also are bad signs, like the label is making him do it, he's just needs to take a break to reflect and take time to write music instead of a 19 track album where half the songs aren't even 2 minutes but I doubt the label with allow that, also his label has done a terrible job and promoting his music, I didn't even know Deadstar 2 dropped until the cdtv reaction of the album

Smokepurpp went from very promising to absolute trash in abt 2 months. He had decent flow good beats, the ability to have technical skill and then j jumped off a cliff
You could do the entire mumble rap era, and you’d see EXTREME repeats in cadence, “bars”, and just flow. Lack of creativity was so prevalent, it was just about the hardest beats, and the wildest images. I’m so glad we’re out of it
Actually Purp did have a song chart in 2019...Costa Rica. As a feature.... On the Dreamville album... With several other people featured.... And it only charted due to the album.... So does that even really count?
